A. There were noisy voice around 14.35 PM WIB as they were conducting reparation in progress;
B. They were also conducting the maintenance of their escalator around at 18.54 PM WIB;
C. The pool cannot be utilized as the pool is also being fixed and maintained;
D. They did not offer the room service supports to bring your luggage;
E. I did not get the room next to my kids' room;
F. You need to pass through the restaurant to get into your room during the working in progress;
G. All these kind of information you will get during your checkin process so you did not know this issue during your booking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The main lobby is on renovation, the hotel lobby moved to the grand ballroom lobby.
Many of the furniture need to be upgraded as its look old and some are spoiled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comfortable hotel in Tangerang. Friendly service with clean rooms. The breakfast menu is very varied. Unfortunately, the hotel lobby is being renovated so access to the rooms is a little less comfortable.

The hotel able to accomodate the acceptable request from customer to match the dynamic needs of professional workers and ordinary guests.
Communicate the requirements and discuss for win-win solution with the hotel management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for only a night, but the experience was great.
We had to move room 3 times, due to water leaking problem from the heavy heavy rain that afternoon. But all staff members were very accommodating, helped us to take a look at other available rooms, until we were settled in R215. Super loved the terrace.
Breakfast buffet had nothing too special, I must say, but still good overall.
