Feels like going into a cash sucking machine where you can get a more hospitable treatment by a robot. The doctor don't even try to communicate to me as an intelligent being, just listen to my symptoms, did a check, then order the nurses. The nurses are the opposite of informative, more rote than a robot, and can't even inform me of the prescription I was given before I paid for it (#@?!). The only excellent service is when they ask for the money, and suddenly I'm a human again and treated well with quick payment process. For a hospital, they sure did a better cashier service than medical service.

Extremely slow PCR test queue. Better go other place than come to this place and suffer Update: Our queue no 581 and 582 that we took 9:50am were skipped around 12pm to 583. We took another new no 600 over around 1pm and were served 4:15pm. At least 6 hours were wasted there

Fast service, clean area, lots of waiting areas. One of the major hospitals in Cikarang, and this hospital has existed in several other cities before. Having senior doctors attracted visitors to the hospital. Administrative services are slightly faster than some of the other large hospitals, as well as the short waiting time for medicine taking. There is a canteen area inside the hospital, so visitors are easier to get food and drink without must be go out of the building area. A slight drawback is when the hospital first opened its vehicle parking area is very limited, but it seems to be being repaired by adding the parking area behind the building.

Overall the service is good. I had a good experience delivering my baby with the help of dr Nurbaeti and some midwifes and nurses. However I'm asking the management to pay attention to their nursing room at level 1. The hospital was visited by hundreds of patients everyday, most of which (I believe) were baby and toddlers, but the nursing room was small, won't hold the little patients adequately. I put a picture here when I and another mothers had to breastfeed outside the nursing room and one needed to change her baby's diaper on the stroller because the nursing room was full (which capacity was only for two occupants!).

I went here (Mitra keluarga cikarang) to perform vaccine for my newborn (1 m.o) and general check up & consultation with the doctor. My wife and I, since maternity always go to RS. St. Carolus, Jakarta. We also delivered our baby there. However, due to where we live (cikarang) and jakarta is too far for our baby routine monthly check and vaccination, we decided to go to Mitra Keluarga. In short, the difference is real. Management is suck, we queue for no reason. We register online, pay in advance, but still need to queue, register, and those conservative beaurachy. Nursery room so small. Waiting room so crowded, even in covid time. So unprofessional. I'd rather go to Carolus again, even if I have to drive approx. 1 hour, no problem if at the end we receive professional and caring treatment. Dont get me wrong, the doctor is fine, it is the hospital. Definitely not gonna going here anymore. Try to get auditted, get ISO 9001 certification, or else. Typical indonesian hospital, if you are not in life-dead situation, they will not care. Update: Register at 1 pm, consultation for 10 minutes at 6 pm. I spent half day in a hospital full of multiple disease (the waiting room is shared between pediatrics, orthopedics, internist, etc), with a 1 month old baby that unable to use mask IN COVID TIME! Struggling to find to wait in the most uncrowded area in the hospital. The payment is quick though (because thats what they are only care of). Of course, in every hospital, we have to wait. But..5 hours waiting, not worth it! Take your family and money somewhere else!
