RS tidak di rekomendid. Tolong jngan kesini. Pelayanannya sangat lama nakesnya kebanyakan rumpi tdk profesional.. Sy berobat dari awal menunggu lebih dr 2 jam..pdhal saya pakai asuransi. Pd saat menunggu terpaksa saya tinggal saking keselnya. Nakesnya tdk menghargai pasiennya Harusnya sdh waktunya bebenah bnyak ulasan yg tidak tepat buat RS ini..
RS is not recommended. Please don't come here. The service is very long, the health workers are mostly unprofessional.. I was treated from the start waiting for more than 2 hours.. even though I use insurance. While waiting, I was forced to stay because I was so upset. The nurse doesn't respect the patient It should be time to fix the many inappropriate reviews for this hospital..

Sistem Pendaftaran masih ok, namun judes. Dokter dan perawat kurang kompeten dan kurang ramah, di UGD maupun ruang rawat inap sama aja. Pasang infus gak bener, bolak balik pasang lepas infus sampai tangan memar bengkak dan infus ga jalan katanya gpp, aneh padahal sakit banget tangan rasanya. Pasien disuruh pindah2 kamar setiap ada kasur kosong di kamar lain :( 3 hari rawat sdh 2 kali pindah, aneh.
Registration system is still ok, but bitchy. Doctors and nurses are incompetent and unfriendly, in the ER and inpatient rooms, they are the same. Putting the infusion on incorrectly, back and forth, put the infusion on and off until the hand was bruised and swollen and the infusion didn't work, they said it was not working, it was strange even though the hand really hurt. Patients are told to move rooms every time there is an empty mattress in another room :( 3 days of treatment, already moved 2 times, strange.

Dua kali dirawat disini, karena kondisi gawat darurat, langsung ditanganin di IGD, kondisi sesak nafas langsung diberi oksigen, dan tindakan bertahap, memang agak lama di bagian pendaftaran, Suster, dan pelayanan di kamar kelas 1 cukup baik, semoga RS selalu berbenah pelayanannya ditingkatkan lagi

Terimakasih RS cikarang medika alhamdulilah adik saya skrang sudah membaik dan mulai beraktivitas lagi,doter dan perawatnya juga ramah ramah securitynya cepat respon pas saya dateng langsg bawa adik saya keruang UGD ?

Semprul,,,perawatnya maen HP terusssss, respon kurang, lahiran pake bpjs 1-2 Hari cepet2 disuruh pulang??? Giliran bayar chas ditahan2 supaya nginep terusssss Biar byarnya Jadi bengkakkk... Gokil bener dahhh, kapok kesitu lagi.

Mentang" keluarga saya pake kis pelayanan buruk... Untuk org yg di bagian IGD pake kacamata laki" dia seenaknya dengan nada tinggi nyuruh gerakin kaki tangan org tua saya... Dan susternya tidak sopan ucapan membuat pasien tidak nyaman yg di bagian IGD
