★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I appreciate their staffs as they were helpful to register my insurance to their system so I could get checked immediately by the doctor. Their general practitioners are nice but I had red flags on my last 3 visits.
One of the general practitioners didn't know what "ringworm" is and I had to explain to him about the disease. At least he was nice.
One of their ophthalmologists said their schedule is at 2 pm. The nurse told me so many times that he will only be there for a moment, so if I'm late, I will not get treated. I had to get back early from work to make sure I wasn't late. But the doctor was late for 2 hours! He didn't say sorry and instead scolded me during the consultation! Saying that I made him confused and even put words into my mouth. Hello, doc, are you normal? Is it you or me who is sick???????
And the final blow was when I visited their emergency room in the middle of night because I kept vomiting. When the doctor came, the first thing he asked was if I was pregnant. That was impolite as he clearly had to check my medical record and saw that I am not married. He only gave a quick check, dismissed me saying I had a simple stomachache. Asked me if I preferred injection to oral medicines. After his impolite assumption, I chose medicines. I will never come back there again. What a shame when their staff are friendly and helpful, something that hard to find in Jababeka.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is very good and friendly, including the emergency room service. Now you can claim BPJS Kesehatan here. But the facilities are not good enough, hopefully the facilities can be better.
