We planned a family tour this summer for Bali and booked Malindo airline PNR no. was LVDRBL departure date 30/06/17 which was already delayed for 9 hours and no arrangements was done, than after boarding we reached Bali and our Luggage was lost, no body was helping in finding our luggage at airport, after 2 days when I daily visited airport I found my luggage till that time all my family was stucked in hotel without luggage, because of all this our trip was spoiled and every body of our group was blaming to your country and decided never to come again and also never recommend any body in India to visit Indonesia, after completing our stay and when we came back to India on 06/07/2017 again Malindo left our luggage and was unable to explain their fault, so we were very much disappointed as whole our holiday is spoiled,
I request you to look in this serious matter which is spoiling the name of your nation because of this useless airline.

The Essential mean of Sapta Pesona is Seven Charming, that is seven element to describe the Indonesia for Tourism Industry in the World, these are: Safe, Orderly, Clean, Fresh, Beautiful, Friendly and Memorable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked for help about new regulation for no quaratine in Bali and all they do is send link to immigrasi website. Information i wanted is not on immigrasi website. Four times i wrote and asked, everytime they just send useless link. Even when i say "why do you keep sending the link, it does not answer my question".....they just send link again!
