tolong donk pihak Lazada harus berkomitmen dari toko kami sama toko toko yang lain y tolong dong uang hasil penjualan saya di kembalikan sampai saat ini uang saya blon di tranfer dengan alasan toko saya main curang klau saya main curang dari mana nya yahh..tolong kasih tau saya..curang y di mana biar saya tau...jangan kaya gini dong kan kasihan sama pedang kecil dan sama yang lain nya....

Saya sangat kecewa dan marah dengan lazada Saya kredit Hp baru 2 bulan dan sudah bayar 2 bulan pula....tiba" ada yg telpon di whatsapp berlogo lazada meminta no PIN saya . Akhirnya saya kasih terus kenapa lazada ku ridak bisa di buka/aktif ... Dan bulan ini saya dapat telpon dari pihak operator lazada meminta prabayar tagihan sebesar 500Rb lebih ???? Yg prabayar perbulan 240rb...itu lazada saya di bajak orang yg meminta no PIN di whatsapp dan memakai akun atas nama ku untuk kredit ????
I am very disappointed and angry with lazada I credited my cellphone for only 2 months and I have paid for 2 months....suddenly someone called on whatsapp with the Lazada logo asking for my PIN number. Finally I gave them why my lazada couldn't be opened/active... And this month I got a call from the lazada operator asking for a prepaid bill of 500 thousand more ???? The one that prepaid 240 thousand per month...that's my lazada being hijacked by someone who asked for a PIN number on whatsapp and used an account in my name for credit

Ini marketplace penipu.... Barang sudah terkirim duit blm cair tiba2 akun d nonaktifkan dgn tanpa alesan yg jelas.... Ati2 buat jualan d lazada dgn modal gede soal hasil jualan saya tidak d di cairkan

Jangan pekerjakan kurir atas nama FEBRIAN SAPUTRA, dia ngontrak dirumah saya setelah rumah saya dirusak, dia kabur gitu aja dan menipu!! Kalian rekrut pegawai yang benar, jangan asal2an! Coba tolong tindaklanjuti karyawan kalian yang kabur itu dan saya tidak akan tinggal diam!!! Block juga onlineshopnya namanya "DAMNSTORE_"!!

Lazada parah ini. banyak sekali barang seller yang gagal cod ga dikembalikan ke seller. dan dengan alasan setelah 30 hari ga bsa diinvestigasi lagi. perusahaan macam apa kaya gini. tolong pemerintah audit lazada segera. seller bisa bangkrut kalo kaya gini. ga profesional ga seperti marketplace hijau ataupun orange. jangan" barang seller yang ga dikembalikan dijual sama pihak lazada gara" udah ga ada modal. saya rugi hampir 3 jt. bayangin kalo ada 100 seller udh meraup keuntungan 300 jt. tolong bantu di proses ya ..
Lazada is this bad. a lot of seller's items that failed to cod were not returned to the seller. and with the reason that after 30 days it can't be investigated again. What kind of company is this? please government audit lazada soon. the seller can go bankrupt if it's like this. not professional, not like the green or orange marketplace. Don't "the seller's goods that are not returned are sold to Lazada because there is no capital anymore. I lost almost 3 million. Imagine if there were 100 sellers, they had already made a profit of 300 million. please help with the process..

Saya bener bener kecewa dengan Market Place Lazada... 26/01 saya membeli salah satu produk di lazada dengan total nominal Rp. 1.335.000 dan dengan pembayaran cash transfer diawal dan saya juga memilih untuk pengiriman service someday atau sampai di hari yang sama. Sampai dengan sore hari 26/01 status pengiriman masih dalam proses pengemasan dan saya juga sudah koordinasi dgn pihak seller dan dari pihak seller jg sudah koordinasi kpd pihak lazada untuk segera mencarikan driver agar barang segera di pick up...(bada bukti chat nya) Tgl 27/01 barang belum jg dikirim dan akhirnya pukul 14.00 pesanan saya terbatal oleh system Saya sudah berulang kali menghubungi CS lazada tp tetap jwb nya sama...dan skrg saya hrs menunggu proses refund uang saya yg tdk tau kpn dikembalikan... Bener-bener kecewa dan menyesal krn sudah belanja di lazada
I'm really disappointed with Lazada Market Place... 26/01 I bought a product at Lazada with a total nominal value of Rp. 1.335.000 and with cash transfer payment at the beginning and I also choose to ship service someday or arrive on the same day. Until the afternoon 26/01 the delivery status is still in the packaging process and I have also coordinated with the seller and the seller has also coordinated with lazada to immediately find a driver so that the goods will be picked up immediately... (the evidence of the chat) On 27/01 the item has not been sent yet and finally at 14.00 my order was canceled by the system I have repeatedly contacted Lazada CS but the answer is still the same...and now I have to wait for the refund process for my money, I don't know when it will be returned... Really disappointed and sorry for shopping at Lazada
