Kata security suruh tunggu di luar mau di check sama pegawainya Keluar...dan saya pun suruh tunggu pinggir jalan... Apa emang begini ya pelayanan bank indonesia.. Apa nggk bisa gitu ambil no antrian.. Nunggu di dalam...bisa apa nggk nya nggk apa apa... Masa iya harus berdiri pinggir jalan.. Kaya orang bingung...
