This hawker food offers an authentic Bakmi Ayam, and it taste good. Don’t worry about the hygiene, this hawker food is clean.
Even the Bakmi Ayam is quite generic, you mau choose what the ingredients or condiments you want to include or exlude.
Me for instance, I would ask the cook not to add MSG, Bakso, but to include Kecap (sweet souce) and the Sambal (chilly souce) while mixing the mie into the bowl.
