★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strategic location. Particularly, If we bring our own vehicle (car), We could get to the location by avoiding restricted main road area (odd and even license plate). The location is also easy to reach from different parts of Jakarta. There are plenty online transport services as well (grab car, gojek).
There are also food stalls in the building and banking services (atm).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building looks quite old and dirty. If you're using KRL, it's better to get to the building through the back gate instead of the front because it'll be easier to reach. By the way, the security guards are not so friendly. The whole things just look gloomy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice building for working at the office. Clean and safe environment. Foodcourt is available with many menu choices. You may also withdraw money at ATM corners inside the building.
The building is strategically located nearby the main road. For private cars and motorbikes, there is a route to reach the back gate of the building, but there is always heavy traffic jam in the office hours. The parking area is available, including with the monthly plan.
A lot of businesses open their offices on this property. Make sure you always bring your access card when working in this building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The buildings quite old but still maintained well. This place have a straregic place in the middle of the city. The canteen is good, and near Bendungan Hilir, so have variety of food.
Batavia Tower can be accesible using KRL near Karet Station, Transjakarta near Karet-Sudirman Stop, and MRT near Bendungan Hilir Station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well this is a common offices building in Jakarta. They do have a short cut from the other side if the building for pedestrian. Urbanasia's office is here in this building. I cant say much since I only visit, not working here. They have canteen, spacey enough. Not so big smoking area in the basement.
