★ ★ ★ ★ ★ despite the fancy building and facility, the service ia so bad. it was so slow. and they should have more staffs in the morning since there are many demands at such time. They are not tolerable either, I wanted to print only a page and I was in rush to catch a train, yet I still have to wait for the previous guests who have so many pages to be printed.

I arrived at 6pm to print some presentation handouts and had some issues with the slides. Fortunately, this place provides a working lounge where I could work in peace. Even though I haven't paid anything (and without any guarantee I would use their service), I was allowed to work there for an hour and a half. The security guard even offered me some water!
After I handed them the file and paid for their service, I was asked to wait for a few minutes so they could print out a few sample pages. They made sure the layout were as ordered and the color were to my liking. Only after I gave my approval, they continued the printing job and I left to wait at a coffee shop nearby. They promised it would be finished in two and a half hours. I came back after two hours and turns out they finished the job early.
I was truly impressed with how they went the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. I've always viewed printing to be troublesome because of all the details, but they did it so meticulously! All in all, I will definitely use their service for any printing needs I have in the future!
