Good, fast, and spacious lift.
Very clean.
Strict security. You must exchange your ID card with entrance card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No garbage can, No parking lot for motorcycle, no courier allowed here so don't dare to order package from online store, unless you want to go down and walk far away from building by yourself because security will stop them to go in or up, elevator sometime stuck, restricted toilet hour unless you want to use stink one on the ground level. the last but not least is scattered cigarette litter because no smoking area, overall management building really suck and not polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place for work. You don't have to look at the traffic because its located in Sahid's area. This building have the fastest elevator, big parking lot, clean mosque and nice starbucks. Unfortunatelly, this building don't have parking area for motorcycle.
