★ ★ ★ ★ ★ H&M disini ada 2 lantai. Lt bawah untuk produk wanita, lt atas produk pria & anak.
Produknya banyak dan ckup lengkap.
Pegawai nya ramah2 tapi blm cukup dapet info mengenai voucher. Klo punya voucher2 gtu mending tanya langsung ke kasir.
Saya naya penggunaan voucher ke pegawai nya pada blg gk bisa tapi pas tnya ke kasir nya blg bisa.
Tempatnya bersih banyak kaca jd gak harus ke fitting room. Kasirnya gercep layanin customer.
H & M here are 2 floors. Lower level for women's products, lt for male & child products.
Many products and complete ckup.
The staff is friendly but it's not enough to get info about the voucher. If I have a voucher, I need to ask directly to the cashier.
I will use the voucher to the employee at no time, but when I go to the cashier it can't.
The place is clean, lots of glass and don't have to go to the fitting room. The cashier keeps serving the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tadi gua mau belanja banyak, terus mau ke fitting room dulu kan sm temen2 gua. Tapi kata salah satu spgnya bilang “ maaf ya kak fitting roomnya udah di cleaning jadi udh close “
Padahal tutupnya masih 15 menit lagi tapi udah gabisa untuk fitting room karens mungkin spgnya udh kebelet mau pulang.
Terus gua taro lah baju2 gua karena gabisa fitting gua kasiin ke dia . Mukanya jutek ga nerimain
Padahal kalo bisa fitting kan baju jadi gua beli semua sama temen2 gua, itu udah pada fix loh padahal cuman nyocokin size eh malah di bilang udah close untuk fitting room.
Lain kali kerja bikin untung tempat kerjaannya ya mba spg, kan kasian kesalahan pegawaiinya jadi imbas ke tempat kerjaannya.
Earlier I wanted to do a lot of shopping, then I wanted to go to the fitting room first, right with my friends. But one of the spg said, "Sorry, Sis, the fitting room has been cleaned, so it's closed."
Even though the lid is still 15 minutes away, but it's already impossible for the fitting room because maybe the spg is already dying to go home.
Then I put my clothes on because I couldn't fit it, I gave it to him. His face is dirty, I don't like it
Even though if I could fit the clothes, I bought all of them with my friends, it's already been fixed, even though I only adjusted the size, but they said it was closed for the fitting room.
Next time you work, make a profit at your place of work, Ms. spg, it's a pity that the employee's mistakes have affected the place of work.
