★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enaknya di klinik ini, gak membludag pasien. Jadi lumayan cepat masuk ke ruang dokter. Karena dokternya bergantian, memang harus pintar2 memilih mana dokter yang cucok dengan kita. Saya ada pengalaman kurang enak dengan satu dokter perempuan berhijab yang memeriksa terlalu cepat, ga detil, terburu-buru dan kayak ga memberi kesempatan buat pasien untuk bertanya lebih detil. Beliau lebih sibuk nulis-nulis resep dan kurang peduli saat pasien mencoba interaksi melalui pertanyaan-pertanyaan. Tapi ada dokter-dokter lainnya yang ramah dan informatif banget. Makanya sebelum saya ke sini selalu telp dulu biar tau siapa dokter umum yg praktek.
Overall suka dengan pelayanan di sini. Semoga makin berkembang ke depannya ya
The good thing about this clinic is that there are not too many patients. So it's pretty quick to go to the doctor's office. Because the doctors take turns, we have to be smart in choosing which doctor is suitable for us. I had a bad experience with a female doctor in a hijab who checked too quickly, didn't provide details, was in a hurry and didn't seem to give the patient a chance to ask in more detail. He is more busy writing prescriptions and less concerned when patients try to interact through questions. But there are other doctors who are very friendly and informative. That's why before I come here, I always call first to know who is the general practitioner who practices.
Overall like the service here. I hope it will grow in the future

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya tes swab disini harga terjangkau dan proses nya cepat, alhamdulillah manajemennya bagus jadi saya perhatikan semua nya proses cepat. Parkiran luas, bersih dan tempatnya nyaman. Lokasi di pondok bambu pinggir jalan. Kalau mau tes swab saya rekomen disini karena cepat dan harga terjangkau. Dekat juga dengan rumah. Semoga maju terus klinik medisa

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salah satu klinik terbaik di jakarta timur. Klinik gigi nya recommended. Dokter nya baik. Walaupun agak rame tapi pelayanan nya memuaskan.

One of the best clinics in East Jakarta. The dental clinic is recommended. The doctor is good. Although a bit crowded but the service is satisfactory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ruangan tunggu cukup nyaman! Melayani Swab Antigen 75k dan PCR 275k (per Januari 2022). Hasilnya juga sudah terintegrasi dengan pedulilindungi, jadi aman saat dipakai untuk syarat perjalanan. Lokasinya strategis dan area parkir cukup luas.
The waiting room is quite comfortable! Serving 75k Antigen Swab and 275k PCR (as of January 2022). The result has also been integrated with care and protection, so it is safe when used for travel conditions. The location is strategic and the parking area is quite spacious.

Pelayanan bagus, dokter juga ramah.
Obat dapat langsung, jadi tidak perlu ke apotik lagi.
Pelayanan juga 24 jam, kecuali dokter gigi.
Terakhir kesini test PCR di hari minggu, cukup ramai. Biaya PCR kena 275rb.
Parkir mobil agak susah kalau ramai, tapi bisa parkir di starbuck yang lokasinya di seberang klinik.
Kekurangan dari klinik ini ruangan tunggunya agak panas kalau banyak yg antre, AC nya perlu ditingkatkan lagi kapasitasnya.
Rekomendasi buat yg mau berobat ringan.
