Overall - I had a good experience with the doctors. My main issue is with the queueing system, which I don't think is the support staff's fault. They try really hard but I can see the way the system is structured it can be difficult to get things done quickly. Appointments are queue based, but may not always follow the actual number. I came in listed as number four. However, Patients were sometimes batched so "1 person, can mean a family of 3." Which happened to me. That meant that instead of queueing behind 4 individuals, I was behind 7-8 additional people. Not fair or efficient. What I thought would be a 30-45 minute wait turned into a 2++ hour queue. Also, the doctor had to leave for 30 minutes to get vaccinated downstairs. This was VERY confusing. Vaccinations are good, but doing it during a doctor's practice schedule? If a doctor only practices from 14-17, why did Mayapada think it was a good idea to take the time allocated to treat people for staff administration? Sigh. Waiting for the payment and cashier alone has taken 1-2 hours on my previous visits. So in total, for a 15 minute chat with an Internist required a 3-4 hour commitment. Why does Mayapada think this is acceptable? No Clue.

I just spent 5 days at Mayapada Hospital Kuningan In Ward 5 The staff were absolutely friendly. So caring and patient, as well as professional. I could have asked for better care. I would nominate all concerned, as the best of the best. Thank you All, so very much. I have nothing but praise all the nurses and Head Nurse in Ward 5 especially Nurse Vita, Nurse Melfi, Nurse Jeni, Nurse Caroline ❀️❀️

I went to PCR test here at mayapada hospital. I took the 24 hours result so it could be done by 9th feb 2022. At 9th feb i tried to contact by call and whatsapp and also came to the hospital to asked the test result, and the answer just the same, "lately cases of corona just raised and our lab has difficulties to handling that number, please to undderstand." What kind of service it is? Please tell the customer the truth!

My first experience being treated at this hospital was Mayapada Kuningan Hospital, I was very satisfied with the service. I don't forget to thank Doctor Nicko Perdana and the team that took care of me after my surgery were very satisfying, to Doctor Malvin Junius I also thank you for the assistance in the process from start to finish. to Doctor elyse too I thank you for the recovery help. for nurse manda, jenny, mariana, melvi, caroline, gesti, ketrine, irine, pita and don't forget to also florin's mother, I thank you for helping to take care of me while in the hospital. I hope all the teams here are given health and blessed by God Almighty. Amen ? all the best mayapada kuningan.

I've been here for several times, the service and the honesty from Doctors amd staffs were top-notch. Clean and new building too. It was not until today as inpatient, i experienced a homy and comfortable through and through service for my sickness. The experience itself was kinda therapeutic

I am a patient of the obs/gyn clinic, which is separated from other specialist clinics. They have their own registration desk, and the process of administration is always smooth (for insurance patients, you don’t have to fill the insurance form yourself or bring it with you to the doctor because the admin will deliver them to the nurse in charge). Patients were very few, I often be the only patient for the day (my doc is dr. Ardiansjah Dara, SpOG) sometimes he would be late, which I assume because of his schedule on other hospitals. But it was still understandable. The hospitality provided by the doctors, admins, nurses, and cashier was pleasant. The only downside was for the last three months, the cashier was centralized at the 3rd floor, probably due to understaffing. It caused a jam and few times we would have to wait for an hour before finishing the insurance admins (if you pay out of pocket, this perhaps wouldn’t apply to you). Some patients lashed out to the staffs and I could see they were overwhelmed yet still trying their best to smile and helping. They used to have a separate cashier for obs/gyn floor, and it was very quick and satisfactory experience. I hope they fix the administrative soon!

One of the worst hospital in Indonesia. I purchased their isolation package, which is one of the most expensive one, but their CS unpolite, rude, and lack of coordination. From registration phase, i was wait for more than 4 hours only to get the medicine. Their telemedicine also confusing, they didn't tell us what time we'll meet the doctor, so you just need to standby all day on your phone.
