★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is really bad, my uncle came to check with iritation on the eyelid, the staffs didnt know what to do, only follow eye vision check which was not related at all (after we complained).
We came first to the doctors waiting room (after they tried to make money on us for unnecessary test) but patient came later got in to see the doc first just because he got smaller que number.
I asked the nurse, she replied rudely with the expression doesnt care at all.
The service is really bad & not profesional at all.

The management must find the best way how make the patient waiting with safe condition.
This is still pandemic situation right???

Car park very very limited! ?
Cashier takes as long as the consultation! Only 2 slow staffs handling the crowd! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professional eye centre. Had a check up and didn't have to wait for too long. Preliminary check up is done by an optician before consultation session with the doctor. Doctor is very helpful and friendly. Booking can be done over the phone. Very close to the city centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unsatisfied LASIK result and doctor's consultation.
First thing first though my minus level was heavy (-11) and after the LASIK at the first day was 0.7, and after the last result. Currently, i get the result currently - 2. The increasing is cannot be explained by the doctor, and he is so arrogantly in explaining into something unsolvable conclusion. My mistake was never set into agreement that I'll get cure myopia, so for those of you if you want to get the better result, i think you must agree in the process and result of the surgery and get a satisfy result after you throw away the money that you spent for last 2 years like mine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been here several times to do a regular check up. The place is very clean and the service is also great. They will perform inital check up before you have a consultation with the doctor itself. Please note that the place is very crowded especially during the weekend. For those of you who wants to avoid the crowd I suggest to visit this place during the weekdays.
