β β β β β I booked for someone to come to my house at 4pm for an antigen test. My booking was confirmed. At 4:15pm I messaged trying to ask if someone was still coming. They didn't respond until 5pm (despite being online) and said they would check. I sent 10 messages and was ignored until 6:15pm when I was told the person could not come.
Had I not asked the company would not have told me anything. It ruined my evening as I had to go and get another test. I'd payed in advance and haven't gotten a refund. They're still ignoring my messages.
In short do not use this company.

β β β β β Worst experience Iβve ever had with home PCR. Technician not following the protocol, not labeling my test then results came back positive!!!!
I take PCR whenever I meet someone. Knowing that I took a PCR 5 days prior to the homecare one and it was negative, I had no symptoms and I met only 2 people to whom I asked to take tests. Both negative. I decided to take antigen then another PCR and all negative.
To be sure I took an antibodies test and itβs negative. This is all to show them that their results are simply wrong!!
I think their lab might be contaminated! To send back positive results for a healthy person and this is in itself is dangerous!!! Coz it affects your family morale (mine is abroad) and a panic among people you met while you were 100% sure that you were safe!
Now the worst part of this story is their customer support!!!!!
I complained, they admitted the wrong doing for not labeling my sample, I asked for the refund of my test coz Iβve spent like 4 times that test fee to check on their wrong results, this is not talking abt the panic among my family members and the 2 of my friends who had to test and all ...
and guess what!!! One month later and after endless reminders they are sending to my account 269k rupiah out of the 1.3 mio I paid !!!!! I asked why this amount? Well the answer my senior canβt refund all the test!!
They think that Iβm a beggar!!!! I called their senior staff to tell them take back your money, disinfect your lab and learn how to treat people!!! But no surprise she doesnβt pick up!! Totally messed up operation
My recommendation if you need to be tested, go for Bunda hospital use diagnosis lab home services! They are impeccable.
For this homecare itβs a hopeless case

β β β β β Got Homecare24 to come to my house to PCR my entire household, got our results back and two results were switched!! We had to get tested again 2 more times using two different testing service just to confirm that Homecare24's results were really switched. Very disappointed!

β β β β β Hi! On 10June21 around 1-3 PM, I went to Homecare24 at Grha Persahabatan Pondok Indah. I met one guy and one lady who served us with total hospitality. I am so sorry if I can't remember their name, but they keep a good communication with us and also with my mom. Me and my parents need to go by airplane for the first time within pandemic situation. We don't know how to use eHAC Indonesia, but they help us with patiently even that time they already closed. I remember that guy live in Citayem-Depok and should took long time to go home but still I do appreciate this guy and his colleague who assist us with great service. I told him and the lady, where I can give you 5star for your services that given to us. They told me: 5 star at google review. Once again, I am so sorry if I can't remember their name. I change my mobile phone then their contact also gone... Keep up the good work!

β β β β β Very bad service for a very expensive antigen test. The results of my 4 family member never sent . The customer service asked us to wait until the next day due to admin not being around! Cheater! Really bad experience!?

β β β β β Nightmare. Booked teleconsultation service with dr. Sally, when I ask regarding her practice license and her full name, I never get reply from the team. Practice license/SIP is a basic thing every doctor must has. Totally disappointed w/ the medicine recommendations as well since they are not breastfeeding friendly. Are you sure all the doctor have valid practice license? if yes, why took so long just to reply my message?
