★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food service was so slow, we order a pitcher of ice tea but the glass (for drinking) never come to the room even I've asked to front desk, the glass still not come until I went home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are smelly. Not ventilated properly and no exhaust system were installed. If you provide a smoking room. At least prepare an exhaust / ventilation system.

They tried to minimize it with air freshener everytime someone entered the room, but the mix smells between synthetic perfume vs cigs, doesnt create the best combination. I wish they will invest in air purifier, and turn it on everytime a group was leaving the room, before accepting the next group. Friday and Sat evening can get pretty crowded here, better call to reserve.

Audio system quite good but 1 from the 2 mics in the room i booked was having a little bit of trouble. They not provide mic filter cover.
Still using remote to choose songs. The songs are quite up to date to indonesian popular songs.
Cigarette smoke can still be smelled in the room.
