★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice venue, on 1st Fl. there are coffee cafe called Maxx, Bread corner n Restaurant Pokenbir. The visitor card is used as tap card to open mini gate to reach the lift with different in-out gates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An office block with a supermarket and cafe on site. If you are going for a meeting there, doesn't matter if you arrive early, you can grab a coffee and plenty of spaces to sit and wait. Don't forget some form of photo ID to get into the building for your meeting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fancy office tower, conscious security effort including x-ray scanner at the front and access-key limited elevators. There are some amenities on the ground floor but not much and quite expensive

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here to have dinner at Pokenbir (Ground Level). The office building looks nice and the lobby is bright with Maxx Coffee there. I entered the building from the basement parking lot; quite hard to find sign / plank that indicates the stairs / elevator (since it's my first visit).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice office complex, has MAXX Coffee on the ground floor for a quick and casual meeting. Downside is it has a very rude and annoying security service. Unless you are stepping down from a Mercedes in the lobby, they won't give you nice treatment.
