★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An old building, built in 89 but neat and clean. Parking space is less, security always checks guests but I think it's just a formality and inconvenience to guests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Offers what it is meant for: office space. No coffee shops or resto inside, but all, including supermarket, at short walking distance. Not hit by the selective license plate policy, but the road may be very crowded during evening peak hours. Trans Jakarta bus station in front.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is located in Rasuna Said Street. You can find some food court like Setia Budi One or just go to the Menara Kuningan Building (in the basement) to have a cheap lunch. Moreover, a super cheap lunch can be found behind the building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to be my office, so I spent most of time here. The street food behind this building is pretty awesome. Also, the road behind is a shortcut to several places e.g Kuningan City. You should expect some quiet protests from Freeport employees tho.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very well maintained building. Clean and comfortable. The place is strategic in the center of business Jakarta area. Easy access, with various public transportation modes. Easy to have lunch or dinner too. Street food with delicious taste and various options stands at backyard. A lot of good and cozy restaurants are nearby too.
