★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is very bad. I have no idea where does my order go, been waiting for the products since the beginning of this month. And up til the 3rd week of the month, I havent received any updates from them. Everytime I ask, they only told me to wait wait and wait. Even after I cancelled the order, it showed nothing. Not even an email of notification was sent to me. SUPER NOT RECOMMENDED GUYS!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nobody pick up the phone, just come to the office directly at RDTX tower, i order goods from overseas from December 2018 and almost 3 months not yet arrived. Try to call the CS almost 10 times but they only answer will follow up, nobody want to give me answer until now. Don’t believe what the CS said, they only give you a lie only to makes you calm down nut it turns out they all don’t care about it. I will apply a lawsuit in the court Against JD.ID

They need some training and knowledge of other division so they can solve the customer problem better.
I recently got some problem with them. Dealing with the customer service (live chat and phone) really frustating! No lie. After some attempt with CS, my problem now solved. they promised they will be better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This marketplace is a BIG NO in terms of refund! They’re so SLOW, can’t respond and refund my money FAST! They said 2x24hours, yet my complain already 2months now!!! No progress at all!! Better you guys if you wants to purchase from marketplace, I suggest you to find others, not this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THE WORST E-COMMERCE in Indonesia. JD.ID delivered defected goods to me and I have lodged complaint and requested for replacement. Have been waited for more than a week, however JD.ID just do NOTHING. I had made phone call nearly everyday and the useless CS just not help at all. Some of them are pretty rude, they hang up my phone.
At the end I requested Refund Department phone number and I have called the number for more than 30 times, but nobody pick up the phone. Such untrustworthy company I ever met. Just be careful before make any purchase with this irresponsible e-commerce company
Recently (end of June 2020) i gave jd.id a chance by purchasing goods from the site. The goods was delivered to wrong place by JNE and guessed what JD.ID did to my query. They close my case by asking me to contact JNE and ask me to check around my neighborhood whether they have accidentally received my goods or not. EVERYBODY AT JD.ID are useless and they will never change always useless, never want to take the responsibility. They always be number one THE WORST e-commerce platform in Indonesia

Try to waste seller money by paying for their free shipment campaign without any further info
Swap your product with other products with better specs so you end up with orders with more expensive product with the cheap price.
Customer service ask for your user id and password (AMAZING!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can I give 0 star? The worst online shopping experience ever. Actually, the app's ui seems okay, but the ux and service were bad. It's really hard to contact/get answers from sellers because the app doesn't has live chat to sellers (in my opinion). The CS were not really helping customers by respond every questions with template answers.
Please, be responsible with your customers' money. Waiting them to refund e-cash and verify payment for almost a week (the CS told me to wait for 1-3 days, but there's still no update till now). One more time; please be more responsible. Thanks.
