★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for covid test only. The service wasnt bad, if one can disregard the long hours of waiting. The staff really tried their best. This pandemic isnt easy for everyone and especially for travel and hospitality industry, its a hard blow. But they keep their best and I think we need to appreciate the effort.
My best suggestion is to get there as early as possible or come within the next day. Rule is 17 hours minimum before the flight and maximum 72 hrs.
I went there close to 10am and got tested after 3pm. Got the result 15 mins later. But I do have time, though I prefer to use it for something else. So, bring ur power bank and headset and enjoy the wait.
Oh, it only cost IDR 95k as per today post 06thJuly2020, one needs to have Lion group booking flight number and ID. That's all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sent a box of freshly made cakes for my uncle in Kupang, and really expected this package to be delivered within one day. I chose express delivery because they offered faster dispatch so my uncle and his family could still enjoy those cakes freshly. We're really expecting express delivery and paying as what they charged for express delivery. However my uncle received the package 3 days after we paid. This 3 days delivery is almost the same as normal delivery. Some cakes were no longer in the same shapes (even though we put "fragile & handle with care" label. They informed express delivery could be done within 1 day, but they failed and didn't give any explanation at all. I hope they could pay more attention and explain clearly in advance before booking any delivery services to all customers.
