★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan lama..tidak sesuai antrian..kasir kurang sopan..ngantri panjang tapi orderan masih di terima aplikasi tidak di matiin.
Old service.. not according to queue.. cashier is not polite.. queue is long but orders are still received, the application is not turned off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parah lama hampir satu jam nunggu itu BKN satu orang yg nunggu ..seharusnya lebih cepat karena yg dpt orderaan kan dari restonya dulu baru kedriver..
Worse, it took almost an hour to wait. BKN was one person waiting.. it should have been faster because the one who got the order was from the restaurant first, then the driver..
