Many answers are typical of those who are new in the business, or not helping at all. No JNE boxes are available. There are many better JNE outlets. A pity though, as the location is quite good.
Pengalaman yang kurang baik, petugas yang menerima diam-diam saja waktu ditanya, dan yang menjawab petugas satpam yang sepertinya kurang pengalaman dalam urusan paket dan logistik. Mungkin bisa lebih ditingkatkan lagi di masa depan.

The experience was not good, the officers who received it quietly when asked, and who answered security guards who seemed to lack experience in package and logistics matters. Maybe it can be further improved in the future.
