Pretty good for people who have mental illness but maybe not for romance or career problems because there's nothing special there, based on personal experience, it's better for individual counseling

Setelah menjalani beberapa kali sesi konseling saya merasakan layanan konseling yang tidak didukung dengan konselor yg kompeten dan profesional. Saya sangat tidak merekomendasikan lembaga konseling. Sangat berbahaya bagi orang-orang yang butuh penanganan psikologi. Karena. Lembaga ini bahkan tidak bisa memberikan konselor yg tepat dgn kondisi klien.
I am one of the clients who had counseling at this counseling agency. After undergoing several counseling sessions, I felt that the counseling services were not supported by competent and professional counselors. I strongly do not recommend counseling agencies. Very dangerous for people who need psychological treatment. Because. This institution cannot even provide the right counselor with the client's condition.
