★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I knew this helpful company from a friend. She gave me a visit while I was in the UK. She made me 100% sure that I need to book an appointment with Ibunda once I arrived in Jakarta. It was a good an hour session, a little bit more to be honest. The psychologist was very helpful giving me some good advice. The price is affordable. Its just the room, need a little bit decorations to make the whole ibunda comfortable. The whole booking and counselling processes was comfortable but the room need to support them too. The room was so plain. It's alright if it's tiny, but a little decoration to support the comfortable feelings won't hurt. Plus a bit dust here and there will be great. But over all, ibunda is ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm really glad that I decided to go counselling with a psychology. It really helps me to understand myself better and the root cause of my problems. Will definitely have another counselling session in the future. The money is not cheap but I hope it's worth the price.

I've been doing face-to-face counseling since July with one of its clinical physiologist and she is very helpful. It's very easy to book a session in Ibunda, just one click away. The counseling fee also affordable for low-middle class people. Ibunda also has online counseling that can cater people from outside Jakarta.
I hope Ibunda can build an app for easiest access to mental health awareness topic & book a counselling session.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was definitely a little skeptical about going to a psychologist, but i was definitely not okay either. So one day i found out about Ibunda through instagram, i was intrigued on how they promote how mental health is important and how they gave a chance for people to seek help no matter what their conditions are. Which is something wonderful, so i gave some thoughts and i also attended an event and I finally put my trust into booking for a counseling corner. And without hesitation it was the best choice i ever made, the psychologist was very open and welcoming also they truly make your condition a lot more better and not only the psychologist but the admin was also very helpful and they guide you step by step to make the right arraignment suitable for you. So thank you Ibunda for giving this amazing platform for people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having a really good experience with its e-counselling session. First, the price was really good for the session, and it also let you do counselling after office hour, hence easier to make appointment. Second, the CS is really helpful and fast in responding to our request, I also feel that the recommended counselor/psychologist is relevant to my problem, and she can pinpoint on how to effectively talk with me. Third, the session was very helpful from the psychologist/counselor, she help me to pinpoint the problem and give actionable recommendation. Would be really helpful if there are a summary of the task given to remind our self what can we do regarding our situation.
