Harganya terlalu mahal, di Sanatorium Darmawangsa bisa konseling seperlima harganya IWC dan yang paling penting di Sanatorium Darmawangsa gak pernah DOUBLE BOOK kayak yg terjadi di IWC. Masa intake doang kena 1,4 juta dan disuruh reguler 2 minggu sekali. Ada sih paket "murah" 3x konseling 3,3 juta... saya udah bayar yang itu dan di DOUBLE BOOK oleh admin yg gak bertanggung jawab. Kecewa banget. Cari yg lain aja.
 Not worth it. The price is too expensive, at the Darmawangsa Sanatorium you can get one-fifth of the IWC price and most importantly at Darmawangsa Sanatorium you never DOUBLE BOOK like what happened at IWC. The intake period only hit 1.4 million and was ordered to be regular once every 2 weeks. There is a package "cheap" 3x counseling 3.3 million ... I already paid for that and DOUBLE BOOK by an admin who is not responsible. Very disappointed. Just find another one.

The booking policy is unclear, the reception did not receive phone call, all communication were done through whatsapp which sometimes did not work well when you don’t have good connection, especially when you are a highly mobile person.
The service quality from the receptionist is very low, seemed they have limited communication skill to handle problems with customer.
Therapist encourage my child to have regular session but their infrastructure did not support the ideal plan as suggested by therapist.
Difficult to find schedule that fit with our hectic days, difficult to communicate with reception staff with very limited skill, difficult to make contact because phone call is not their option of communication line.
