 Been a long time subscriber here. The laundry is clean and smells good, it can clean all kinds of things... money has ever been left in the pants pocket, it's also directly in the info, sip ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya tidak memuaskan, pakaian saya yg dikirimkan ternyata bukan milik saya. Sepertinya tertukar, saya complaint tp respon dr laundry go cukup lama. Katanya pakaian saya lagi cek, saya coba telp tidak diangkat. Apalagi pembayarannya sudah saya lunasi diawal. Padahal ini kali pertama saya laundry di Laundry Go. Kapok dan ga mau laundry disini lagi. Harganya juga lebih mahal dr harga yg ada di pasaran. Pelayanan tdk sesuai dengan harga.
The service was not satisfactory, my clothes that were sent were not mine. Seems to be mixed up, I complained, but the response from the laundry go took quite a long time. He said I was checking my clothes, I tried the phone but they didn't pick up. Moreover, the payment has been paid in advance. Even though this is my first time doing laundry at Laundry Go. Kapok and don't want to do laundry here anymore. The price is also more expensive than the price on the market. Service does not match the price.
