No customer service skills! They don’t honor their promises.
Once you buy their equipment, they put their hands up and don’t care what happens after.
We PAY FOR SHIPMENT AND INSTALLATIONS, I was told MAX 2 DAYS after the shipment of my washing machine and dryer there will be a person that comes to install... But NOPE! They came 3 DAYS AFTER. And they came MID afternoon!!
EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER!!
