★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Safana Bakery & Cake merupakan usaha rintisan dibidang kuliner kuhusunya pastry dan aneka kue basah. Saya mengenal Safana Bakery sebenarnya sudah lama karena beberapa kali lewat Jalan Pekapuran selalu lihat tokonya yang kelihatan lumayan besar. Satu ruko dibagian bawah digunakan untuk showcase produknya mulai dari Blonde pisang, brownies, lapis legit, layer cake lapis talas, binka ambon hingga kue ulang tahun.
Hingga akhirnya saya bertemu dengan owner nya di forum Pasar Kopi Depok, dan sempat janjian hari ini untuk diskusi mengenai bisnis kuliner kopi. Semoga kedepannya bisa menjalin kerjasama untuk pengembangan bisnis.

Safana Bakery & Cake is a pioneering business in the field of culinary especially pastry and various wet cakes. I have known Safana Bakery actually for a long time because several times through Jalan Pekapuran always see the shop that looks quite large. One shop at the bottom is used to showcase products ranging from Blonde bananas, brownies, legit layers, taro layers, binka ambon to birthday cakes.
Until finally I met with the owner in the Depok Coffee Market forum, and had an agreement today for a discussion about the coffee culinary business. Hopefully in the future can establish cooperation for business development.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TIDAK PROFESIONAL. Kue ultah janjian jam 2 siang sdh jadi, pdhl sya ksh kelonggaran wkt mlah awal'ny sya mnt jam 1 siang. Sya sdh datang ke toko'ny tepat wkt tp kue blm siap, penjaga toko'ny banyak berbohong. Bilang sdh di jln, lg neduh karena kehujanan eh ternyata kue blm siap blm jadi (wkt sya sruh video call/telpon WA sama si pembuat kue). Akhir'ny diantar, sya bilang jgn lbh dr jam 3 sore eh hampir jam 4 bru datang. Bentuk kue g'ada kreasi (biasa banget/polosan) dan rasa'ny biasa ja kue seharga 300 rb. Mana tdk di ksh lilin dan pisau kue, ditelpon trus baru diantar deh pisau n lilin'ny untung deket. Kecewa banget, tdk sesuai ekspektasi!!!
UNPROFESSIONAL. The birthday cake that was promised at 2 pm has been finished, although I have some leeway at the beginning, I want it at 1 pm. I came to the shop at the right time but the cake wasn't ready yet, the shopkeeper lied a lot. Said he was on the road, it was still cold because it was raining, but apparently the cake wasn't ready yet (when I asked for a video call/phone call WA with the cake maker). Finally it was delivered, I said not later than 3 pm, it was almost 4 pm. The shape of the cake doesn't have any creations (very ordinary/plain) and the taste is ordinary, so the cake costs 300 rb. Where there is no candle and cake knife, they call and then the knife and candle are delivered, fortunately close. Very disappointed, not as expected!!!
