★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kliniknya bener2 ok! Ga cuman bersih, rapi dan lengkap, tapi terapisnya jago2. Seneng bgt walau lg covid mereka bs ciptakan suasanya aman nyaman dan yg paling penting anak aku mengalami progress berbicara yg bagus banget setelah terapi 7 bulan! Memang antara terapi dan ibu harus selalu kerjasama yah!
 The clinic is really ok! Not only clean, neat and complete, but the therapists are good. I am very happy even though they can create a safe and comfortable atmosphere, and the most important thing is that my child has a really good talking progress after 7 months of therapy! Indeed, between therapy and mothers always have to work together, yeah!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First impression kesana baik, tempatnya bersih, nyaman, dan insya Allah aman krna setiap pergantian sesi di steril. Selain ituu terapisnya pake masker dobel n APD, jadi sbg ortu saya jadi tenaang. Terapisnya pun proaktif dan terampil jadi cpt akrab sama anak. Recommended deh utk terapi disini?
First impressions there are good, the place is clean, comfortable, and God willing, it's safe because every change of session is sterile. In addition, the therapist wears a double mask and PPE, so as a parent, I feel calm. The therapist is also proactive and skilled so he can quickly get along with children. It's recommended for therapy here

1. Kliniknya bersih, fasilitas nya lengkap, dan sangat memperhatikan protokol kesehatan.
2. Tersedia DSA dan Dokter Rehab medis. Kedua nya sangat informatif, sabar melayani pertanyaan orangtua yg curious ttng tumbang anak.
3. Terapis-terapis yang kompeten, sabar dan pintar menciptakan suasana terapi yg menyenangkan. Dengan orangtua pasien mereka juga sangat komunikatif.
4. Staf administrasi yang sangat ramah, well-mannered dan helpful.
Salut dengan semua pihak di klinik Lalita yang berusaha menciptakan suasana aman, nyaman dan menyenangkan untuk setiap pasien.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kesan pertama saat datang resepsionis ramah, anak sy dibolehkan adaptasi dulu dgn bermain di Playground sblm akhirnya memutuskan utk terapi di sini. Hanya saja utk jadwal konsul psikolog/dokter anaknya seminggu sekali saja, jdi harus sabar menunggu sampai sebulan lebih utk konsul & memulai terapi. Utk terapi sensori tempatnya luas, banyak mainan, ruangannya terang & nyaman utk anak2 bermain. Utk terapi wicara ruangannya lebih kecil tapi nyaman juga & anak jadi lebih fokus mendengarkan terapisnya. Sejauh ini cukup bagus, semoga dlm bbrp bulan anak sy mengalami kemajuan. Terimakasih Lalita, terus tingkatkan mutu pelayanannya ??
The first impression when the receptionist arrived was friendly, my child was allowed to adapt first by playing on the playground before finally deciding to go to therapy here. It's just that the schedule for consulting a psychologist/child's doctor is only once a week, so you have to be patient to wait for more than a month for a consultation and start therapy. For sensory therapy, the place is spacious, there are lots of toys, the room is bright and comfortable for children to play. For speech therapy, the room is smaller but comfortable too & children are more focused on listening to the therapist. So far so good, hopefully in a few months my child will progress. Thank you Lalita, continue to improve the quality of service ??

"Anak kelamaan nangis bisa depresi/trauma gak sih?"
Inisiatif untuk nenangin juga minim atau ciptain suasana tenang/nyaman malah sebaliknya. Ya malah makin nangis! Lalu ngejudge anak saya penakut! Bukan penakut! Tapi trauma sama faceshield dan jubah ketika imunisasi!
Disuruh terapi perilaku terlebih dahulu! Hei anak saya gak bisa nunjuk pas kita suruh karena sedang "nangis". Anda anggap perilaku anak saya gak terkontrol?
Tolonglah transparan!
Bukan seharusnya terapis lebih mengerti psikis anak?
Biaya terlalu tinggi namun pelayanan tidak memuaskan!

The initiative to relax is also minimal or create a calm/comfortable atmosphere and vice versa. Yes, even more crying! Then judge my child is a coward! Not a coward! But trauma with faceshields and robes when immunizing!
Ordered behavioral therapy first! Hey, my son can't point when we tell him to because he's "crying". Do you think my child's behavior is out of control?
Please be transparent!
Shouldn't the therapist better understand the child's psyche?
The cost is too high but the service is not satisfactory!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ke klinik ini karena rekomendasi dokter Mega terapi anak saya di RSIA Grand Family. Pindah rumah dan langsung cari klinik ini. Udah 1 tahun g pernah terapi ke PIK gara2 C19. Lanjut konsul terapi di Lalita. Semoga ada perkembangan. Awal kesini kaget dibilang dokter berhenti sekolah saja di umur 4th krn online scho. Setelah dijelaskan kembali sama suami baru dokternya mengerti. Anak2 memang beda2 perkembangannya. Jangan minder ke org tua lain yg anaknya lebih baik. Cukup lama ngantri dapat konsultasi. Buat janji via wa. Tp butuh segera banget. Gara2 c19 anak2 jadi stress dirumah aja wlpn berbagai macam cara buat killing time. Dapat jadwal terapi 2x dalam seminggu. Biar g bosen sekolah online. Pegawainya sopan2. Kliniknya memang g besar.
Went to this clinic because of the doctor's recommendation, Mega therapy for my child at RSIA Grand Family. Move house and immediately look for this clinic. It's been 1 year since I went to PIK because of C19. Continue the therapy consul in Lalita. Hopefully there are developments. When I first came here, I was surprised to say that the doctor just stopped going to school at the age of 4 because of the online school. After being explained again to the new husband, the doctor understood. Children have different developments. Don't be inferior to other parents whose children are better. Long enough to queue for a consultation. Make an appointment via wa. But urgently needed. Because of the c19, children are stressed at home, but there are various ways to make killing time. Get therapy schedule 2x a week. Let me not get bored of online school. The employees are polite. The clinic is really not big.
