★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ke sini mengantar ibu saya, pelayanannya lama cuman ada 2 org yang layanin. Datang untuk lab, sayang hasilnya tidak bisa dikirim lewat email atau diantar pakai gojek, padahal di lab Prodia lain bisa.
 Come here to take my mother, the service is long, there are only 2 people serving it. Come to the lab, unfortunately the results cannot be sent via email or delivered using a motorcycle taxi, whereas in other Prodia labs you can.

Registration is really long.. the queue for registration is only up to 1 hour.. please the employees are more agile

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lama banget antri registrasi doang. Medical checkup disuru puasa max 14 jam ini ngantri lama. CSnya geraknya lambat kek sloths ?. Abis ngelayanin 1 customer terus ke belakang counter lama bener.
It took really long to queue for registration. Medical checkups are rushing for a max 14 hour fast. CS is slow motion to sloths ?. After serving 1 customer, continue to the back of the old counter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya lama banget, apa lagi pas konsultasi dokter. Soalnya dokternya cuma 1 tapi yang ngantri puluhan. Ckckkckc. Gue buat mcu butuh waktu total 3,5jam. Jadi emosi. !!!!!
The service is very long, especially when you consult a doctor. The problem is there is only 1 doctor but there are dozens of people waiting in line. Ckckkckc. I made the MCU took a total of 3.5 hours. So emotional. !!!!!

Sudah menerapkan prokes 5M.
Saat datang kesini cukup lama menunggu karena banyaknya customer yang datang check up kesehatan.
Pelayanan karyawan disini ramah.
Hanya saja pihak laboratorium tidak memberi tahu kapan hasil laboratorium bisa diambil/ diakses melalui apa.
