★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sampe detik sy menulis komentar ini sy belum mendapatkan hasil swab antigen, sy sampai harus kembali ke lokasi ubtuk menanyakan hasil, hasilnya pun belum sy terima.. Di beberapa tempat sy antigen 15 menit hasil sudah sy terima meskipun hrs antre.. Perbaiki sistemnya..
Until the second I write this comment, I haven't gotten the results of the antigen swab, I have to go back to the location to ask for the results, I haven't received the results yet.. In some places I received the antigen 15 minutes, even though I had to queue.. Fix the system..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya test pcr kemarin, tapi sampai saat ini hasil nya belum saya terima. Call center nya juga tidak ada respon hanya mesin penjawab aaja. Not recommended.
Itu nomor nya di wa juga ga masuk yah, an vittorico andreas.
I did the pcr test yesterday, but so far I haven't received the results. The call center also has no response, only the answering machine. Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drive thru pagi jam stgh 11 diinfokan hasilnya akan di email/wa dalam waktu 40menit.. sampe jam 13.00 belum jg masuk hasilnya.. balik lagi ke TKP utk print hasilnya.. menurut sayaa perlu penambahan org di tempat cetak karena 1 org pegang data (perlu diback up) dan perlu kehati-hatian terkait data yg akan dikirimkan baik wa /email.. perhatikan baik2 nomer dan ejaan nya.. jika tidak sesuai hasilnya tidak akan sampai ke customer
Drive thru in the morning at 11 am I was informed that the results will be emailed/wa within 40 minutes.. until 13.00 the results haven't arrived yet.. back to the TKP to print the results.. I think it is necessary to add more people to the printing press because 1 person holds the data ( need to be backed up) and need to be careful regarding the data that will be sent either wa / email.. pay close attention to the number and spelling.. if it doesn't match the results will not reach the customer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya swab PCR bersama ibu dan nenek saya, padahal saya dengan nenek saya bareng satu mobil. Namun hasil saya udah hampir 2 hari gak keluar sedangkan hasil nenek dan ibu saya sudah keluar, dibilangnya semalem jam 10 bakal kirim. Padahal sempet menghubungi pihak lain katanya data saya gak ada. Dulu sepi, giliran rame kaya gini. Kecewa.
I took a PCR swab with my mother and grandmother, even though I and my grandmother shared the same car. But my results have not come out for almost 2 days, while the results of my grandmother and mother have come out, they said last night at 10 I would send them. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ga rekomen banget. PCR jam 9 pagi, infonya hasilnya H+1 tapi sampai jam 4 sore belum keluar. Ketika udah keluar ga ada CT nya. Gimana ini. sampai saat ini jam 10:48 malam tidak menerima email maupun wa hasil CT. Sangat tidak profesional. Malah kita yg cari cari mereka minta hasil CTnya?
don't really recommend. PCR at 9 am, the info is H + 1 but until 4 pm it has not come out. When it came out there was no CT. What to do. until now at 10:48 pm have not received an email or a CT result wa. Very unprofessional. In fact, those of us who are looking for them ask for the CT results

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beberapa kali Antigen kesini belum pernah kecewa karena proses nya cepat (isi data dan ambil sample kurang lebih 15menit) dan hasilnya juga cepat di janjikan 30menit tapi 15menit udah keluar. Good ?
Sebagai masukan saja bahwa yg terakhir kali isi data tidak ada kesalahan input namun laporan hasil test yg pdf di email ada kesalahan informasi pada DOB yg sepertinya tertukar dengan pasien lain.
Mohon di perbaiki kedepannya karena data diri itu penting dan sensitif.
Dan juga kalo bisa disediakan media pembayaran menggunakan QR untuk mengurangi kontak fisik.
Antigen has been here several times, never been disappointed because the process is fast (fill in data and take a sample of approximately 15 minutes) and the results are also fast, promised 30 minutes but 15 minutes is out. Good ?
Just as an input that the last time the data was entered there were no input errors, but the pdf test result report in the email contained an error in information on the DOB which seemed to have been confused with another patient.
Please fix it in the future because personal data is important and sensitive.
And also if you can provide payment media using QR to reduce physical contact.
