★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Security sangat ramah. Tapi tidak utk bagian penerimaan. Agak jutek. Dan pengambilan darah terasa sakit. Ga kaya prodia. Yg hampir ga ada rasa sakit, sama sekali. Beberapa kali di KF sini pengambilan darahnya sakit banget. Mohon utk di tinjau kembali
 Security is very friendly. But not for the reception. A bit dirty. And taking blood is painful. Not rich in prodia. There is almost no pain, at all. Several times at KF here the blood draw was very painful. Please review again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hasil swab antigen tidak kunjung dikirim melalui wa (sudah lewat 1 hari dari saya menulis review ini), hanya di update pada aplikasi peduli lindungi dengan keterangan negatif namun QR code tidak berfungsi memberi informasi. :((
The results of the antigen swab have not been sent via WA (it has been 1 day since I wrote this review), only updated on the Care Protect application with negative information, but the QR code does not function to provide information. :((

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat ramah sekali, bayar PCR H+1 keluarnya H+2 dan tidak masuk di peduli lindungi, ditanya lewat wa juga pelayanan sangat ramah sampai2 setelah hasil keluar mesti ditanyain lagi.. bener2 pelayanan yang sangat ramah dan sangat cepat.. Terima kasih Labklinik Kimia Farma...
The service is very friendly, pays for PCR H+1, exits H+2 and doesn't come in, cares and protects, asked via wa also the service was very friendly until after the results came out had to be asked again... really very friendly and very fast service.. Thank you Labklinik Pharmaceutical Chemistry...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Satpam klinik sangat ramah, parkiran banyak, pelayanan jg cukup cepat namun untuk swab tesnya kalau kesiangan hasilnya akan keluar lebih lama, jadi kalau mau yg sehari jadi harus pagi - sebelum siang
The clinic security guard is very friendly, there is a lot of parking, the service is also quite fast, but for the swab test, the results will take longer to come out, so if you want it to be a day, you have to do it in the morning - before noon

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat kecewa tadi pagi saya tes PCR di bilang sama petugasnya jam 11 malem tapi sampe jam 12 malem belom ada jga hasilnya, malah ada alesan dokter lab nya lagi kurang enak badan jadi susah di hubungin
Ditelpon ke lab nya sibuk terus

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Daftar pake BPJS katanya penuh. Selisih 5 menit coba daftar pake pribadi LANGSUNG DAPET.
Dateng ke lokasi, daftar ulang di front office diminta administrasi 10rb GAK DAPET KWITANSI.
Setelah daftar, dapet kertas ada TULISAN TANGAN isinya nomor urut.
Nunggu 2 jam lebih gak dipanggil2 ternyata harus lapor langsung ke dokter untuk dapet NOMOR URUT DARI DOKTER.
Bener2 berantakan administrasi klinik ini.
The list using BPJS is said to be full. The difference is 5 minutes, try to register using private DIRECTLY DAPET.
Came to the location, re-registered at the front office, asked the administration for 10 thousand NO RECEIPT.
After registering, you get a paper with HANDWRITING contents in it with the serial number.
Waited for more than 2 hours without being called, it turned out that I had to report directly to the doctor to get the SERIAL NUMBER FROM THE DOCTOR.
The administration of this clinic is really messy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katanya buka jam 07.00 pagi tetapi jam 07.20 belum dibuka, orang sudah bela-belain datang sblm jam 07.00 belum sarapan agar masuk kerja tidak telat, malah petugasnya belum pada datang dan belum siap buat antrian. Lain kali kalau memang bukanya bukan jam 07.00 jangan dipublish jam 07.00!
He said it was open at 07.00 am but at 07.20 it had not been opened, people had been trying to come before 07.00 did not have breakfast so that they would not be late for work, even the officers had not arrived and were not ready to queue. Next time, if it's not open at 07.00, don't publish it at 07.00!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Admin nya kurang gercep dan untuk masa pandemi spt ini harus menambah karyawan yg fokus pada perusahaan, jadi untuk antigen atau PCR yg pribadi tidak menunggu terlalu Lama.. antrian 10 org.. tiap orgnya memakan waktu 20-30 menit.. klu untuk masa tunggu Antigen 1 Jam, wajar menurut saya ..
The admin is not fast enough and for a pandemic period like this one has to add employees who focus on the company, so for personal antigens or PCR, don't wait too long.. the queue is 10 people.. each person takes 20-30 minutes.. for the waiting period Antigen 1 Hour, reasonable in my opinion..
