Pelayanan cukup cepat, hasil rapid test bisa keluar sekitar 30 menit kemudian dan bisa dikirim juga ke WhatsApp. Harga normal 150rb. Perawat berpengalaman. Hanya saja tempat antrian masih kurang kursi dan sistem antrian masih memakai kartu. Baiknya datang pagi2 sekali supaya tidak terkena antrian panjang. Jam 12-13.30 istirahat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan oke. Cm pada saat kantor swab antigen temen antigen positif malah di bilang sm pegawai (bapak2) "jangan deket2 saya". Payahhhh
Okay service. Cm at the time of the antigen swab office, my friend with positive antigen was even told the employee (father2) "don't come near me". Poor

1. Tarif konsul mahal, bahkan sistem pendaftaran, catat rekam medis dan semuanya serba manual
2. Dokter tidak friendly (saya ke THT, btw) bayar total 500rb dengan obat hanya untuk diomeli dan dijudge sampai dibilang "dokter pasti jelasin kamunya aja ga nangkep"
3. Kondisi saya sudah cukup parah, tapi biaya konsul 200rb bahkan ngga dikasih tau diagnosanya apa cuma disuruh ke RS besar dan suruh tanyain pokoknya disana
4. Saya tetap dikasih resep seharga 300rb padahal dia bilang kondisi saya sudah harus operasi tapi dia menilai saya tidak akan sempat ke rs hari itu juga dan bilang butuh waktu dan harus minum obat dulu (why?) kan di rs besarpun bisa nanti dikasih obat dulu sebelum operasi
5. Saya ke rs besar sepulang dr klinik tsb (ga besar2 bgt sih, hehe) kesel aja gitu kan diremehin ga bs ke rs besar hari itu juga saya periksa dan langsung dijadwalkan operasi 2 hari kemudian lengkap dengan diagnosa dan pemeriksaan yg mutakhir yg sebelumnya sempat dia bilang ga semua rs punya alatnya lah dia bukti pembayaran konsultasi aja harus diminta, untung saya minta jadi ada bukti, dan iya kwitansinyapun kwitansi manual hehe

2. The doctor is not friendly (I went to ENT, btw) paid a total of 500 thousand with medicine only to be scolded and judged until he said "the doctor will definitely explain you just don't catch it"
3. My condition is quite severe, but the cost of the consul is 200 thousand, I wasn't even told what the diagnosis was, I was just told to go to a big hospital and ask the main thing there
4. I was still given a prescription for 300 thousand even though he said my condition had to be operated on but he judged that I would not have time to go to the hospital that same day and said it took time and had to take medicine first (why?) Even in a big hospital, you can give medicine first before surgery
5. I went to the big hospital after returning from the clinic (it's not that big, hehe) I'm just so annoyed that I can't go to the big hospital that day I checked and immediately scheduled surgery 2 days later complete with up-to-date diagnosis and examinations that previously had he said that not all hospitals have the tools, he just has to ask for proof of payment for the consultation, fortunately I asked for proof, and yes, the receipt is a manual receipt hehe
