★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laboratorium cukup lengkap jika ingin menguji hasil cek darah. Untuk Mendeteksi gejala penyakit disebabkan demam tinggi.
Tempatnya bersih. Ber ac, toilet tersedia. Parkiran juga cukup buat parkiran mobil juga motor. Info ini semoga bermanfaat

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan tidak buruk. Prosedur masuk ke lab jelas, karena staf yg berjaga sangat informatif. Namun karena memang menerapkan physical distancing, jadi sebagian pasien menunggu diluar tidak bisa masuk semua, masuk bergiliran per 3-4 orang, mungkin perlu diberi tempat tunggu diluar.
Not bad service. The entry procedure to the lab is clear, as the staff on duty are very informative. However, due to physical distancing, some patients waiting outside cannot all enter, taking turns by 3-4 people, maybe they need to be given a waiting place outside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dtny hasilnya ktnya 1jam.ini juga dh plg lama deh drpd d tmp lain.blgnya mau di WA krn saya ga bs tggu ada kperluan.no tlp di invoice ga bisa dihub smpe pegel tlp krn tlp fax ternyata... pas disamperin ke lab nya sdh 1jam 41menit pintu ditutup ga bisa di temui dr kaca triak2 dari luar ga disamperin cm dr dlm mba nya pake kode jari angka 7 .tny tkg parkir ktnya nt tggu jam 7mlm dbuka lg istirahat
. Kecewa banget ngebut jauh2 ksini pelayanannya spt ini.tlp ga sah dicantumin kalau ga bisa dihubungi.
Dtny the result is 1 hour. It's been a long time now, from other places. I want to be in WA because I can't wait for any needs. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mimpi buruk gara gara voucher rapid antigen tiket peaawat di klinik ini. Pelayanannya lambat banget hanya asministrasi proaes 1jam...antri pagi jam 8 hasilnya malah dijanjikan baru akan dikirim email malam jam 20.00 .. kalo yg mau buru2 ke bandara jangan deh kesini... mensing bayar sendiri srive thrue... kayaknya sulit maju nih lab klinik BUMN ...sayang swkali
A nightmare because of the rapid antigen ticket voucher for the nurse at this clinic. The service is really slow, only 1 hour administration process ... queuing in the morning at 8 the result is promised to send an email at 8:00 p.m. if you want to rush to the airport, don't come here ... just pay yourself srive thrue ... I think it's hard to get ahead. BUMN clinical lab ... it's a shame

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan BURUK. Admin menjawab seenanknya. Tidak ada shift, jd harus terunda 1 jam hanya untuk ishoma.
Menurut ADMIN semua punya hak untuk istirahat. Betul. Tp dia LUPA bahwa ini PUBLIC SERVICE yg seharusnya standby.
BAD service. Admin answered arbitrarily. There is no shift, so I have to delay 1 hour just for Ishoma.
According to ADMIN all have the right to rest. That's right. But he forgot that this was a PUBLIC SERVICE that should be on standby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tes rapid dan tes urine pagi, sore hasilnya bs diambil. Agak lama ya, karena biasanya tes rapid selesai 15-30menit setelah tes. Alhasil mesti bolak balik buat ambil hasil tes. Resepsionis b aja, petugas lab ramah, tapi mohon maaf toiletnya kurang bersih. Semoga bs lbh diperhatikan
Rapid test and urine test in the morning, evening results can be taken. It's a bit long, because usually the rapid test is completed 15-30 minutes after the test. As a result, you have to go back and forth to get the test results. Just a receptionist, the lab staff are friendly, but sorry, the toilet is not clean. Hopefully it can be noticed

They also have home service advertisement, but their home service agent never return your booking order.
Better pick another lab, very very bad services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here to take a tumor marker test Which will be ready in three working days. The cost of the test is Rp 770.000,-. They took full ampule for the blood. Staff are nice and friendly but I have problems calling this place before as nobody picked it up.
The place is not that spacious and a bit cramped but very busy because they provide antigen and rapid test for COVID-19 as well. Nevertheless, they have health protocol being imposed like handwashing station and mask all the time. They only allow five people to be in the room and the rest should wait outside or on the other side of the room.
The pharmacy is small but it is packed with most medicine and items needed.
The lab and the doctors’ rooms are on the 2nd floor. You have to take the stairs and it’s not friendly for persons with disabilities.
Parking can be a bit problematic as the building is located in the busy intersection with small space for parking.
