★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan ok. Staff ga pake apd padahal lalu lalang org banyak gatau positif negatif covid apa gak mereka santai aja. Pake buka masker jg. Lebih di tingkatkan lg pelayanan dan ruang lab nya. Klo swab keliatan bgt terbuka lab nya.
Service ok. The staff doesn't use PPE even though there are a lot of people passing by, don't know if they are positive or negative for covid or not they just relax. Wear a mask too. More improvement in the service and the lab space. If the swab looks really open, the lab is open.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awal memakai jasa mereka cepat dan gegas, tp belakangan performa menurun. Hasil baru keluar lebih dr 24 jam, mau ambil hasil PCR lama padahal lewat dr jam yg dijanjikan (20.30) saya ambil siang harinya. Masih pula menunggu sekian lama ?
Initially using their services quickly and swiftly, but later the performance declined. The new results came out more than 24 hours, I wanted to take the old PCR results even though it was past the promised hour (20.30) I took it in the afternoon. Still waiting for so long

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Petugasnya ramah meskipun ada customer yang marah-marah karena dilompati antriannya oleh Customer lain tetapi tetap bisa menahan diri. Semoga ke depan dipakai antrian electronic
The staff is friendly even though there are customers who are angry because the queue is jumped by other customers but they can still restrain themselves. Hopefully in the future an electronic queue will be used
