★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dari mas parkir, mas satpam (kalo ga salah) yg jaga depan pintu ngambilin nomer antrian, mbak resepsionis, sampe mbak yg nyolok hidung saya. Semuanya Ramah!!!!! Kalian juara!!!! Pasti kalo antigen kesini lagi!! Pertahankan.???????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First impression dari klinik CITO ini adalah klinik ini yang paling responsif dan informatif terkait pemberian informasi rapid maupun swab pcr dibandingkan lab klinik lain yang saya hubungi. Customer care via telepon maupun via whatsapp, keduanya sangat responsif dan informatif.
Kemudahan lainnya yang kami dapatkan yaitu kemudahan pendaftaran melalui wa yang mana memudahkan kami sebagai konsumen. Prosedur pendaftaran dan administrasipun mudah dan tidak bertele-tele. Ketika terjadi kesalahan administrasi, bagian admin langsung bertindak cepat membantu kami mengatasi hal tersebut tanpa babibu.
Ketika mengantri rapid maupun swab, disedikan tempat duduk dan tenda sehingga orang-orang TIDAK mengantri sambil berdiri dan TIDAK kepanasan di luar.
Perawat yang mengambil sampel rapid kami pun sangat ramah. Kami diajak ngobrol agar tidak tegang saat pengambilan sampel. Tempat pengambilan sampel juga disterilkan setiap 1 orang masuk.
Kelebihan lainnya hasil rapid maupun swab dapat diakses via online yang mana sangat penting sehingga tidak harus bolak balik ke klinik dan dapat mengurangi kontak dengan orang lainnya.
Setelah semua prosedur selesai, kami senantiasa mendapatkan informasi mengenai rapid maupun pcr dari CITO dan hal tersebut sangat berguna jikalau suatu saat nanti kami perlu lagi.
Namun tidak ada hal di dunia ini yang sempurna. Lahan parkir di lab CITO Magelang sangat kecil sehingga tidak dapat memuat banyak kendaraan sehingga parkir sampai ke bahu jalan. Tapi hal tersebut dapat dimaklumi karena lahan yang memang sangat sempit dan padat penduduk.
Satu lagi, saat ini lokasi CITO berseberangan dengan McDonald jadi Anda tidak perlu khawatir bosan atau kelaparan.
Semoga dapat lebih bermanfaat bagi banyak orang dan tetap menjadi lab klinik rujukan semua orang.
The first impression from the CITO clinic is that this clinic is the most responsive and informative regarding providing rapid information and PCR swabs compared to other clinical labs that I contacted. Customer care via telephone or via WhatsApp, both of them are very responsive and informative.
Another convenience we get is the ease of registering via wa which makes it easier for us as consumers. Registration and administration procedures are easy and straightforward. When an administrative error occurs, the admin department immediately acts quickly to help us solve it without problems.
When queuing for rapid or swab, provide seats and tents so that people DO NOT stand in line and do NOT get too hot outside.
The nurses who took our rapid samples were very friendly. We were invited to chat so as not to get tense when taking samples. The sampling site is also sterilized every 1 person enters.
Another plus is that the rapid and swab results can be accessed online which is very important so you don't have to go back and forth to the clinic and can reduce contact with other people.
After all procedures are completed, we always get information about rapid and pcr from CITO and this is very useful if one day we need more.
But nothing in this world is perfect. The parking area at the CITO Magelang lab is so small that it cannot accommodate a lot of vehicles so that parking reaches to the shoulder of the road. But this is understandable because the land is very narrow and densely populated.
One more thing, currently the CITO location is opposite McDonald's so you don't have to worry about being bored or hungry.
Hopefully it can be more useful for many people and remain the clinical lab for everyone's reference.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ruang tunggu nyaman, pelayanan ramah dan jelas. Mungkin untuk membacakan nomor antrian bisa pakai pengeras suara, atau pakai yang otomatis dan tertera di layar, agar tahu sampai antrean ke berapa. Sudah bagus juga dengan adanya orang yang stand by di depan pintu, karena sangat membantu bagi orang yang awam dan tidak tahu alur pendaftarannya. Good job cito.
The waiting room is comfortable, the service is friendly and clear. Maybe to read the queue number you can use a loudspeaker, or use an automatic one that is printed on the screen, so you know how long the queue is. It's also good to have people standing by at the door, because it is very helpful for people who are laymen and don't know the registration process. Good job cito.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hasilnya keluar tepat waktu sesuai yang dijanjikan. Cuma kalo pesen pake halodoc ada jeda waktu sehari.
Hasilnya akurat sesuai taglinenya.
Pelayanan front office nya perlu ditingkatkan lagi.
Saya PCR swab test di sini. arahan mbaknya ga jelas. Saya di suruh nunggu tapi ga diarahkan buat nunggu di luar. Yaudah saya nunggu di kursi depan mbak front officenya. Saya kira swab test nya di dalam ruangan karena ada ruangan bertuliskan "ruangan dokter" dan beberapa orang yang diperiksa masuk ke situ. Sampai siang ga segera dipanggil sampe uda ga ada orang lagi. Akhirnya Saya ditegur mas pegawia yang jaga pintu mau ngapain. Saya jawab mau swab test. Eh ternyata lokasi pengambilan sampel ada di luar. Asli lah kayak orang bodoh saya seharian nunggu di situ. Mbaknya ga kasih tau pula. Diem-diem bae. Asli jengkel banget!
Akhirnya Saya antri di pengambilan sampel. Saya yg tadinya antri daftar awal tapi gilirannya didahului orang lain terus padahal mereka belakangan daripada saya. Saya tanya ke petugas pengambilan sampel, kok giliran saya dilewati terus. Setelah dicek ternyata berkas saya belum ada di situ. Saya disuruh ke tempat pendaftaran/front officenya. Wah kaco kaco wkwkwk sampe di mbak front officenya saya tanya berkas saya dimana. Eh baru mau dicariin. Alasannya sudah masuk antrian, disuruh nunggu aja. Kaco kaco kaco wkwkwk
Saya balik ke pengambilan sampel. Antri lagi donk. Hadeu tadinya giliran awal gara2 kerja yg kurang cermat dan arahan kurang jelas saya dirugikan jadi giliran akhir. Nunggu ga jelas Dari jam 10.30an sampe jam 13.30an bosque wkwkwk
Untungnya mbak petugas pengambilan sampel nya minta maaf.

I have a PCR swab test here. the direction of the sister is not clear. I was told to wait but was not directed to wait outside. Yes, I was waiting in the front seat of the front office. I think the swab test was in the room because there was a room that said "doctor's room" and several people who were being examined went in there. Until noon, I was not called immediately until there was no one else. In the end, I was reprimanded by the employee who was guarding the door what to do. I said I wanted a swab test. Uh, it turns out that the sampling location is outside. Asli is like a fool I have been waiting there all day. Ma'am didn't tell me either. Diem-diem bae. Really annoyed!
Finally I queued for sampling. I was the one who was queuing for the initial list but in turn other people got preceded even though they were later than me. I asked the sampling officer, how come my turn keeps being passed. After checking it, it turned out that my file was not there yet. I was told to go to the registration / front office. Wow, heck, when I arrived at the front office, I asked where my file was. Uh, I just wanted to find it. The reason was that I had entered the queue, I was told to wait. Kaco messo hahaha
I returned to sampling. Wait in line again. Hadeu was an early turn because of inaccurate work and unclear directions, I was disadvantaged so it was the final turn. Wait is not clear From 10.30s to 13.30s bosque hahaha
Fortunately, the sampling officer apologized.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lokasi strategis deket golf, Superindo, sebrang Mc Donald. Satpamnya membantu dengan menanyakan maksud kedatangan kita dan ngasih nomor antrian. Ruang tunggu lumayan luas, free air minum. Administrasi nya rapi, tp cuma ada 1 org petugas frontdesk, jd nunggunya lumayan lama padahal cuma mau antigen. Hasil 1-2 jam setelah sampel diambil dan hasil otomatis koneksi ke app pedulilindungi. Bisa reservasi lewat whatsapp dan fast respon. Menyediakan home service juga.
Strategic location near golf, Superindo, opposite Mc Donald. The security guard helped by asking the purpose of our arrival and giving the queue number. The waiting room is quite spacious, free drinking water. The administration is neat, but there is only 1 frontdesk officer, so the wait is quite long even though they only want antigen. Results 1-2 hours after the sample is taken and automatic results of connection to the careprotect app. You can make a reservation via whatsapp and fast response. Provides home service as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just visited this lab couple days ago. I dropped my wife there to get a rapid test. They do a screening to all coming visitors.
They also have their own room for taking a rapid test. And the operator wears personal protective equipment and other protective gears as well.
The result can be taken around 1 pm on the same day. That was quick. Thank you anyway.
