Selang 4 hari aku coba reservasi lewat whatsapp karna syarat dan ketentuannya harus reservasi h-1. Awalnya dibalas, tp stlh tau aku mau redeem voucher tidak dibalas lg.” Besokan harinya aku telfon lgs ke nomor la diana yg tertera di google, aku kasi tau mau reservasi dan mau redeem voucher fave (fyi, masa berlaku vouchernya masih ada sebulan) alhasil dijadwalin jam 1 siang. Selang bbrpa menit di telfon balik dr pihak la diana dan mereka bilang kalo vouchernya tidak bisa di redeem, karna mereka sudah tidak kerjasama lagi dengan fave. Kalo memang sudah tidak kerjasama, mengapa sampai detik ini voucher tersebut masih terpampang di fave!!? Pihak la diana suruh aku refund voucher tsb dan Karna aku orangnya gamau ribet yasudah aku refund aja. Jadi, aku cuma mau bagi pengalaman yg aku dapet dan kepada pihak la diana, entah memang km gamau menerima voucher atau apakah bener memang sudah tidak bekerjasama, tolong itu voucher di take down.
Bad service. I bought a promo voucher at my fave, wanted to try the soothing microdermabration treatment. After 4 days I tried to reserve via WhatsApp because the terms and conditions had to be booked h-1. Initially it was answered, but after knowing I want to redeem the voucher it was not returned. " The next day I called LG to the La Diana number listed on Google, I told you I wanted to make a reservation and wanted to redeem the fave voucher (fyi, the voucher validity period is still a month) so it was scheduled at 1pm. After a few minutes on the phone back from La Diana's side and they said that the voucher couldn't be redeemed, because they were no longer cooperating with fave. If it is no longer cooperative, why is the voucher still displayed on fave at this moment !!? He told me to refund the voucher and because I am not a complicated person, I just refunded it. So, I just want to share the experience I got and with her, whether you really want to receive the voucher or is it true that it doesn't work, please take the voucher.
