★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan servicenya buruk sekali, saya punya pengalaman pribadi soal booking treatment tgl 28 agust 2019 jam 4 sore, saya telp mdclinic serpong buat booking treatment saya tanya dptnya di jam brapa? Tp dijawab oleh cist serv nya kalo booking harus H-1 bu, padahal kemarin sorenya saya baru aja dtg ke klinic nya mau treatment tp krn udah full jdnya batal, tp cust serv nya sama sekali tdk menawarkan utk booking kembali. Nah keesokan harinya berniat booking di telp malah tdk diijinkan utk booking krn aturannya hrs H-1 dan parahnya setelah saya tanya ke cust serv nya "emang full ya mba sore ini"? Malah dijawab masih kosong seh bu.. Trus saya blg yaudah mba di booking aja lgs apa susahnya seh.. Tp tetep aja tdk bisa... Super sekali adm dan cust serv dsana yg terlihat tdk butuh tmbhan pelanggan dan revenue.. Yasutralaah CANCEL aja... Pelayanan bookingan nya aja tdk memperhatikan kepuasan cust apalagi yg lain nya... Semoga dr kasus ini bisa jd teguran dan perbaikan lg deh...
The service is very bad, I have personal experience about booking treatment on August 28, 2019 at 4 pm, I tel mdclinic serpong for booking treatment, I ask what time can I ask? But the cist answered by the serv if the booking must be D-1, even though yesterday afternoon I just came to the clinic, I wanted treatment but because it was full, it was canceled, but the cust serv didn't offer any booking again. So, the next day, I intend to book on the phone, but it's not allowed to book because the rules must be D-1 and worse, after I ask the cust serv, "Is it really full this evening?" In fact, the answer is still empty, ma'am .. Then I can't be done, it's just that it's hard to do it ... But still can't ... Super adm and cust serv, etc, which don't look like it needs customers and revenue ... Yasutralaah CANCEL ... The booking service just doesn't pay attention to the cust satisfaction let alone the others ... Hopefully this case can be a reprimand and repairs again ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sabtu kesini jam 10 pagi trnyata dokternya jam 12 dtgnya. Tempatnya bagus sih. P3gawainya juga baik. Dokternya ramah.
Saturday here at 10 am, the doctor turned out to be at 12. It's a good place. P3gawanya also good. The doctor is friendly.
