★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan buruk..tlp masih bisa boking egk.. ktnya datang aja..giliran datang udh full.. orang cuma disuruh datang...giliran mau ketemu dokter..1 jam setengah nunggu
Egk ada dokter..emng kita disuruh nongkrong disitu aja...jamn lg covid menghindarin rame dimn2 boking dl ....pelayanan jauh ramah di natasha BSD

 Bad service.. the phone is still able to book or not.. just come.. it's my turn to come, it's full.. people are just told to come... it's their turn to see a doctor.. 1 hour and a half waiting
There's no doctor.. we're just told to hang out there... more time for covid to avoid busy bookings in dl... the service is far friendly at Natasha BSD
Gading Serpong doesn't have any friendliness

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ resepsionis dan terapist ramah tapi utk dokternya ketika sesi konsultasi tdk responsif dan kbykn hanya jwb iya dan tidak, tdk menjelaskan apa apa ttg treatment yg saya akan jalani. saya minta CHEMICAL PEELING TCA utk armpit dan back, tapi diberikan peeling jenis lain yg mana BUANG2 waktu dan uang. dokter tidak menjelaskan dan memberi tahu jenis peeling tsb. ketika treatment saya hrs menunggu lama dan berakhir terapist nya yg ngerjain. waktu tindakan injeksi juga dokter mengerjakan scr buru2 krn ingin pulang.
the receptionist and therapist were friendly but the doctor during the consultation session was unresponsive and most likely only answered yes and no, didn't explain anything about the treatment I was going to undergo. I asked for TCA CHEMICAL PEELING for armpit and back, but was given another type of peeling which is a waste of time and money. the doctor did not explain and tell the type of peeling they will be. During the treatment I had to wait a long time and the therapist ended up doing it. During the injection, the doctor also did it in a hurry because he wanted to go home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat tunggunya bersih dan luas, pegawainya juga ramah-ramah2. Namun dari beberapa kali coba dateng ke natasha cabang tempat lain, masih ada yang lebih better dari yang disini. Minusnya adalah dokternya ga begitu banyak kasih info diluar dari yang kita tanyakan. Waktu tindakan dengan terapis oke namun di cabang lain ada yang lebih baik.
Disini juga unyuk reservasinya, perjam reservasi hanya bisa untuk 1 orang aja.
The waiting area is clean and spacious, the employees are also friendly. However, from several times trying to come to Natasha branches elsewhere, there are still better ones than here. The minus is that the doctor doesn't give much information beyond what we ask. The action time with the therapist is okay but in other branches there are better ones.
Here, too, for reservations, hourly reservations can only be made for 1 person.
