Berkas/bukti pembayaran keponakan saya hilang dikarenakan kelalaian petugas KUA, dan disangka belum bayar karena bukti nya tidak ada. Padahal saat diserahkan oleh kakak saya dengan gampang nya oknum tersebut bilang "kalau hanya mau kasih bukti ini saja (bukti pembayaran) nanti saya sampaikan." Tapi nyata nya sekarang hilang dan di anggap belum membayar.
Disappointed
The file/proof of payment for my nephew was lost due to the negligence of the KUA officer, and it was suspected that he had not paid because there was no evidence. Even though when it was handed over by my sister, it was easy for the person to say "if you only want to give this proof (proof of payment) I'll tell you later." But in fact it is now lost and is considered not to have paid.
