Pelayanannya cepat, ramah dan profesional. Tidak ada pungli dan Kepala Kantor KUAnya pun ramah.

The service is fast, friendly and professional. There are no extortion fees and the Head of the KUA Office is friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tidak pernah ada pungli disini. Seluruh staf sangat ramah, komunikatif dan membantu dengan baik. Mengurus permohonan batal nikah pun sangat mudah, dibantu sampai selesai tanpa biaya sepeserpun. Very recommended

Parking is difficult.. the area is not spacious. Standard facilities. Cleanliness is decent. More renovations when it comes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yang mau nikah dan mengurus pernikahan untuk wilayah kecamatan pasar minggu di sini tempatnya..
untuk sarana parkir mobil agak terbatas, hanya bisa menampung 5 mobil, sisanya ya di jalan raya depan kantor KUA ini..
mungkin kedepannya bisa di tambah parkiran utk mobil di KUA ini...
Pelayanan di sini memuaskan sekali, ramah dan profesional...keren..??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mencoba mendapatkan pencerahan atas kesulitan yang saya hadapi saat mengurus dokumen pernikahan melalui telpon 2x karena saat ini saya sedang di luar kota. Namun bagian pelayanan (Ibu Ema) malah menyuruh saya untuk membuka website simkah.online. saja dan bilang bahwa ia sedang sangat sibuk padat merayap, bahkan tidak mau mendengar apa masalahnya. Terimakasih untuk pelayanan luar biasanya. Mungkin sebaiknya tidak perlu cantumkan nomor telepon disini, supaya tidak ada yang bisa telepon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pegawainya sangat tidak profesional, mengurus numpang nikah aja di limpahkan ke petugas lainnya, padahal dia nganggur. ee giliran dpet TNI gercep pelayananya pake segala diketikin buat daftar online simkahnya, pdahal bisa daftar sendiri dia... petugasnya cuma 2 ibu" yg udah tua, ngetik aja lamaa bangett.. bikin antrian panjang. SANGAT MENGECEWAKAN

I married with foreigner and all the staff was so helpfull and they know what their doing
So i didnt find obstacle for document
I was registered in such a less time and they helped everything till we get the document
Oh ya make sure your nikah book has this kind of barcode it means your registered online witch make everything easier
