★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Public service at its best. I got there with a pack of fotocopies. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I just spent 2.5 hours to get my KK and KTP. All gratis of course. That's how it should be everywhere. Thanks again Disdukcapil Jakarta!

I have heard a very bad rumour about illegal fee that we have to pay to get appropriate service and also about the racial issue before I get here. But i think it was such a non sense rumour or paranoia news. I have had all of my documents been processed professionally for free. Just make sure you have prepared all of the documents needed, be polite, and cooperative.
