Namun, kemudahan semakin terasa di kantor pajak ini karena kantor pajak ini tergolong besar dan mewah. Sudah disediakan lift dan tempat untuk pelayanan pun sudah terpisah-pisah sehingga permasalahan yang ada pun tidak menumpuk di satu konter. Informasi yang disediakan juga jelas dan bahkan mereka melayani untuk bantuan mengenai pajak online hingga kita bisa melakukan pelaporan hingga usai.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya bukan tipikal orang yg suka memberi ulasan buruk tp menurut saya pelayanan loket TPT nya sangat buruk. Muka mas petugas nya ketus ditanya tidak jawab hanya anggukan saja. Untung mas helpdesk nya masih baik saat ditanya. Dari 8 KPP di jkt yg saya datangi untuk urus pajak perusahaan ini adalah KPP dgn pelayanan terburuk. Sorry mohon sama sama berbenah. I'm not the type of person who likes to give bad reviews but in my opinion the service at the TPT counter is very bad. The officer's face was stern when asked, he didn't answer, he just nodded. Fortunately, the helpdesk is still good when asked. Of the 8 KPPs in jkt that I visited to take care of corporate taxes, this was the KPP with the worst service. Sorry, I beg you to clean up.
