★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk pelayanan lapor spt baik, diarahkan oleh mba mba dan mas masnya, ada photobooth dan lomba juga untuk menarik para wajib pajak yang milenial dan instagramable, mungkin sarannya diberikan peta alur, ruang dan tahapannya agar lebih jelas.
Untuk fasilitas liftnya agak menyeramkan dari segi safety butuh maintanance.

For the elevator facility, it is rather creepy in terms of safety, it needs maintanance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pelayanannya bagus, saya datang telat 04.05 (mesin antri absen sudah off), lalu dengan ramah mas2nya nanya mau apa. dan alhamdulillah masih mau menerima dokumen untuk AR padahal sudah lebih dari jam 4.
the service was good, I came late 04.05 (the queue machine was absent already), then kindly asked the mas2 what to do. and thank God they want to accept the document to the AR when it was more than 4 hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rabu 28 agustus 2019, Sedang disini jam 10.30 pagi saya urus pindah npwp di loket pelayanan nomor 3, petugasnya cewek masih muda pakai kacamata, pelayananya tanpa senyum dan agak sombong, tapi tetap saya dibantu dan terima kasih kecewa tapi puas, harap diingat tanpa pembayar pajak petugas pajak dapat gaji dari mana? Jadi ga usah sombong
