★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No telp gk jelas, selalu sibuk. sekalinya masuk dan tiap diangkat selalu gk ada suara apa-apa abis itu beberapa detik langsung dimatiin. Petugas depannya juga jutek-jutek. lagi pandemi begini malah makin susah mau konfirmasi surat PBK sudah dikirim atau belum aja malah dibuat bertele-tele karena sekarang mesti daftar online dulu dan mesti cari jadwal hari yang gk penuh dulu baru bisa kesana. Gak bagus pelayanannya, padahal kita bayar pajak ksana, berasa kita doang yg butuh mereka
Phone number is unclear, always busy. Once entered and every time it is picked up, there is always no sound after that for a few seconds it is immediately turned off. The front clerk was also jutting. again in a pandemic like this, it is even more difficult to confirm that the PBK letter has been sent or has not yet been made long-winded because now you have to register online first and you have to look for a day schedule that is not full before you can go there. The service is not good, even though we pay taxes there, it feels like we only need them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Memberikan layanan pajak buat perusahaan maupun perorangan, lokasi sebelah kiri jalan kalau dari arah Slipi ke arah Tanah Abang, tempat parkir cukup karena bangunannya agak menjorok kedalam tidak menempel ke tepi jalan.
Providing tax services for companies and individuals, the location on the left side of the road if it goes from Slipi to Tanah Abang, the parking space is sufficient because the building is slightly protruding into not sticking to the edge of the road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan oke, hanya bagian receptionist nya tidak ramah sama sekali, pdahal receptionist itu kan yg berada di paling depan untuk dimintai informasi, tapi ini sangat tidak membantu!
The service is okay, only the receptionist is not friendly at all, even though the receptionist is the one at the front to ask for information, but this is very unhelpful!

penjaga pintu sangat tidak membantu bahkan terkesan menghalangi!!
staff counter ada yg membantu (makanya i masih kasih bintang 2) tapi kebanyakan tidak membantu.
bolak balik 3x, akhirnya i nyerah dgn birokrasi.
online visit system, zero quota but almost no visitors in the office, staff can chat.
the doorman was very unhelpful even seemed in the way!!
there are counter staff who help (that's why I still give 2 stars) but mostly they don't help.
back and forth 3x, finally I gave up with the bureaucracy.
