★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bikin efin dr tgl 25 , sampe sekarang tgl 30 juga gak ada respon , ktnya bikin efin cuma beberapa jam , hebat kpp pluit , ngpain aja ini pada tidur kah?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat cepat, profesional dan detil. Harus berkunjung langsung ke kantor pajak untuk dapatkan info menyeluruh. Sudah beberapa kali datang dan selalu puas dengan pelayanan nya.

Very fast, professional and detailed service. Must visit the tax office directly to get comprehensive information. Have come several times and always satisfied with the service.
Thanks to AR Mr Kabib M who has helped explain patiently, thank you to the receptionist Mrs. Ita who was very kind and responsive in guiding me to get complete tax information, thank you to the counter Mrs. Vera who was always on standby preparing the SPT form , thanks to the helpdesk Mr. Fauzi who has guided several times in tax consultation sessions for individuals.
Overall, I am very satisfied and appreciate the work of the Pratama Jakarta Pluit Tax Office staff. Very professional, patient and courteous.
My hope is that there will be online classes, especially those related to MSMEs. Thank you.

The service room is nice and comfortable. There is also a separate consultation room that makes us feel safe and drinks and sweets are also available during the consultation. Always success KPP Pluit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No one will ever believe me when i say this.....that i just had one of the most pleasant experience ever going to a government tax office?.
REASON NUMBER 1:- i was helped by one EXTREMELY patient and friendly customer care specialist, her name is Ibu Nurpuspita Setyawati who worked there since 2010, I was late on my annual filing, and was trying to avoid penalties but Omg ibu Ita made me feels like i was being helped by a family member?....
Also the GENTLEMEN who greets and scans my temperature at the entrance is also very friendly and helpful?
Fyi i am still late and still have to pay for all the penalties but she was clear and very pleasant when explaining that to me...
Btw, my personality is outward-going and smiley so that helped to set the mood too....no point being frightful or panicky cuz that will only make things worse for everyone.
Good Job to all who works at this office!
