Pelayanan tdk jelas , saya telepon pagi* tanya bisa masukin berkas atau tidak , lalu mereka bilang bisa , eh ternyata pas saya datang ke kantornya malah gk bisa , udah jauh* dateng , dan satu lagi , security bilang karyawan nya pada WFH tapi banyak ojol yg antar makanan k.kpp nya , lantas apa yg mereka kerjakan ????? Tolong lah kebijakan nya

Pelayanannya bagus, dibantu bangat, sangat prokes, mudah dijangkau, tidak rame, parkir ok , ?

Dipanggil AR, tapi dari 2 nama yg diberikan pada jam 1050-1115 tidak ada ditempat. Masuk k pelayanan helpdesk dpt nomor antrian 602 jam 1107. Kantornya sepi tdk yg melayani. Tunggu 20 my tdk ada juga pelayanan... akhirnya dilayani juga oleh helpdesk... TOP pelayanannya bpk ini berinisiatif memanggil AR keatas. Pdhl waktu sy k lt4 Ada 3 AR lain, tapi tdk ada yg inisiatif memanggilkan. Tapi ttp menunggu juga dan tdk kunjung datang. Mohon kantor pajak Tamansari satu tingkatkan pelayanan masyarakat. Dan edukasi AR utk tahu bgm merespons pelayanan masyarakat

Pelayanan tidak jelas. Informasi nya selalu berbeda beda, setiap petugas kasih informasi berbeda beda. Saya daftar pemindah bukuan & validasi PPH udh 6 kali bolak balik. Gax jelas pokoknya lahhh

kantor pajak yang di telpon tidak bisa, sudah konek tapi di lempar terus ke hold, di email reply kayak robot, dengan system yang permintaan dokumennya yang sangat menyusahkan dan tidak jelas.

beda jauh banget sama KPP Sawah besar satu, tiap kali ke kpp sawah besar pasti ada aja org antri tetapi petugasnya tetap cepat pelayanannya . kalo KPP tamansari security nya pelayanan ok. Masuk kedalamnya gak ada 1 org pun yang antri sepi banget , tetapi saya duduk disitu gak ada yg panggil antriannya , petugasnya teriak2 makan2 kalo emang jam 12 itu jam istirahat jgnlah buka no antriannya ,sekarang ke kantor pajak harus daftar dulu di online kalo bukan karna no antri jam lain udah full saya juga gak akan ambil no antri di jam 12 siang, kayak orang bego saya duduk disitu, petugas yang 1 nya lagi entah lagi ngapain cuma lihatin saya aja

If it's 12 o'clock it's break time, don't open the queue number, now to the tax office, you have to register online first if it's not because of no. the other hour queue is full I also won't take the queue number at 12 noon, like an idiot I sit there, the other 1 officer, I don't know what to do, just look at me
