★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat yang nyaman untuk kost. Tempatnya aman. Sudah lengkap fasilitas yang diberikan. Full AC, Wi-Fi, ruangan yang bersih. Ranjang dan lemari juga sudah tersedia. Lokasi sangat dekat dekat Untar, UKRIDA, USAKTI. Penjual makanan sangat banyak disekitar kosan. Dekat dengan mini Market, pasar tradisional, rumah sakit, tempat ibadah dan kantor polisi.
Comfortable place for boarding. The place is safe. Complete facilities provided. Full AC, Wi-Fi, clean room. Beds and cupboards are also available. The location is very close to Untar, UKRIDA, USAKTI. Food vendors are very much around the boarding house. Close to mini markets, traditional markets, hospitals, places of worship and police stations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Free laundry seminggu sekali min 3kg, ada wifi, cctv, jarak ke kantor ada 15 menitan, deket masjid, deket ke warteg/pasar. Kekurangannya saat jemur handuk itu lho, kalau parkir motornya ga dikasih jarak dan full, rada susah mau ambil dan naro handuk. Overall sih bagus lah
Free laundry once a week min 3 kg, there is wifi, cctv, the distance to the office is 15 minutes, near the mosque, close to warteg / market. The drawback is that when you dry the towels, you know, if the motorbike parking is not spaced and full, it's a bit difficult to take and put towels. Overall it's good
