★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recommended bangett buat kos an nya ..Tenang banget, ga berisik dan yg paling the best " Bersih " bangett, Karena jarang banget ada kost an yg kasi fasilitas bersihin kamar setiap hari , dengan catatan si penyewa percayain kamar nya kalau mau di bersihin yahh . Jd buat yg males bersihin kamar setiap hari silahkann ke sinii, dijaminn bakalan betaah ??.. Thankyou JJ KOST ????
Really recommended for the boarding house ... Very quiet, not noisy and the best "Clean" really, because there are very few boarding houses that provide room cleaning facilities every day, with a note that the tenant trusts the room if you want to clean it. So for those who are lazy to clean the room every day, please come here, guaranteed to be comfortable .. Thankyou JJ KOST ????

Tempat baru dan sangat bersih, hal positif paling utama adalah pengelola nya yg sangat welcome dan ramah berasa keluarga sendiri.
Negative:
Kalo bawa kendaraan pribadi harus reserve dulu at least krn tempat terbatas, and harga mungkin sedikit diatas rata2 tp sesuai sih sama yg didapat.
Positives:
The place is new and very clean, the main positive thing is the manager who is very welcome and friendly, feels like his own family.
Negatives:
If you bring a private vehicle, you must reserve first, at least because the space is limited, and the price may be slightly above average, but it's the same as what you get.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kosan terbaik di daerah tanjung duren dan yang paling worth it, fasilitas lengkap, bersih, wifi kencang nyaman buat orang yang lagi WFH, dekat dengan tempat makanan, neo soho/mall, pasar, pokoknya strategis banget buat kemana - mana. Ownernya super baik dan ramah banget, sekali datang pasti langsung cocok..
The best boarding house in the Tanjung Duren area and the most worth it, complete facilities, clean, fast wifi, comfortable for people who are WFH, close to food places, neo soho / malls, markets, just really strategic for everywhere. The owner is super nice and very friendly, once it comes, it fits right away..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kamar kos yang sangat nyaman dan bersih, bahkan di bagian luar kamar juga slalu dibersihkan. Ada dapur kecil yg bisa dipakai bersama. AC kamar juga dingin dan terawat , water heater nya juga berfungsi dgn baik. Pokoknya puas banget. Ditambah lagi Ownernya sangat ramah :)
The boarding rooms are very comfortable and clean, even the outside of the room is always cleaned. There is a small kitchen that can be shared. The room air conditioner is also cold and well-maintained, the water heater also functions well. Anyway very satisfied. Plus the owner is very friendly :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First i found this boarding house on google and i love at the first sight with it but room was full, then after 2 weeks owner called me and said there is available room without more consideration i take it and it's real i love this place so much very comfy and clean and have space in my room with affordable rate also very strategic place near with mall and many culinary spot.
